shame, in several telegram channels.

They even have a semi-functional app on google playstore, websites, facebook, twitter. Many followers (all bought) but no interaction or information.
They construct a serious scam project.

They often work with this user @trugad which is called bounty manager but is only a beggar.

The most squalid thing in this story is the support they received from icobench. https://icobench.com/ico/zerostate
On the site you can see that the best icobench "experts" gave the team the highest marks or defined the team as superb.
After months of reports finally icobench decided to label the project as suspicious. pity that l did it only after the ico was over and users have lost their money.
