Whitepaper plagiarized from many Sources.

1. Whitepaper plagiarized from "Github"

Comparison below. In order from the top down. Fotocoin>> Github

They change some sentences but not important.

I think there is no need to give more evidence, above is more than enough.

Copying text doesn't make any project scam

Please note: they indicate that additional data was used. And on the last page of whitepeper they list References. I think we can’t talk about plagiarism in this case.

The reference section is not related to the plagiarism content that I discovered. The problem is that they cannot write wpp themselves, they simply steal them from many different ICOs.

The evidence of the ICO concerned I mentioned above (more than 4 ICO), completely not in the reference section, they want to disguise.

References relate with taking idea or taking few lines from those links not whole paragraph. It looks they are not interested in writing own Whitepaper.
Also, they are not able to understand how bounty campaign works, paying 15$ for Whitepaper translation, they think it is same as copying from reference.

Tell me one legitimate project who write their whitepaper by copy-pasting from various source? If they can't even write their whitepaper themselves, hence, why would anybody trust them with investment?

It might not be an upfront scam but it's clear anyone who copy-pastes is not professional, especially with the way they cite the resources that don't follow any citation standard.
