I'm already working on SEO, bounties, etc. I'm not looking for "marketing experts", I'm looking for people that understand what I'm trying to do and are interested in joining the project and working on bringing more activity on. People that already have a follower base.
If things go right you'll get a cut of the tokens allocated to the development and we can discuss more details privately.

You have to explain your platform first, so as everyone who seek this thread will immediately understand what you want.

Make an account in the new platform/forum for some people it's not easy, you need to convince that your platform is truly safe.

What exactly do you want people to do? You have your bounties already so I'm sure people are very active on that platform. But what you need is retention though, I'm sure once the airdrop is given and completed people will go on the next airdrop. You need to offer something unique and catchy so that they will go back and remember your platform.

The best way to get more traffic is to roll out new content that is SEO friendly and gets picked up by the search engines.

Secondly, you can obviously try for promotions but that's going to cost you money out of your pocket.

We have expert, crypto enthusiastic and we can buy and sell in this forum. So what purpose of your forum.

Maybe you should post a link to your About (https://www.glowbe.org/about/?a=about) page, or put up the image in OP.

Then, draw attention to the fact that you're looking either for investors or for people to join your team (as it appears to be so on your website).

It's not a terrible idea, at first glance. It's also not terribly unique (all I can say from a first glance at "About"). I do agree that decentralisation isn't the answer to everything. But self-governance can work, there are some models.

and left out the part where you want people to work for free, or for worthless tokens...

It appears to me that you have a lot of difficult to synthesize what exactly you want or need. You probably have never seat with seed investors before, I think it would be great for you to meet those people. If you can not explain in a simple way what you want, people will never help. You are unable to demonstrate if you want: users, helpers or people with some specific skill. Neither is willing to explain in a simple and direct manner what gain people would have to help you.
