Are you referring to this article of theirs? https://medium.com/aurora-dao/idex-token-listing-guidelines-eae00785fdd2

If you've followed their criteria in the article and you still weren't qualified to get listed, then chances are, that your project probably simply isn't enough for their standards. Also, how long were you waiting for a listing?

"If your token is not listed within two weeks of submission, it is safe to assume you did not meet our listing criteria at the time of review." -from the same article

P.S. The Beginners & Help section might not be a good subforum to post this.

From my knowledge IDEX doesn't charge for listing fee, they list tokens freely, they decided to choose quality over revenue although this isn't always the case because they have listed severally worthless toknlens on their exchange.

Here's an official statement from them,
Quote
The Aurora team carefully evaluates every token submitted for listing on IDEX within two weeks of submission. If a token meets our listing criteria, IDEX will request a meeting with the token’s team via webcam to finalize details. Pending this in-person meeting, the token will be added to IDEX and announced via our Twitter channel when it is available for trading.

If your token is not listed within two weeks of submission, it is safe to assume you did not meet our listing criteria at the time of review.

So that means there's nothing you can do but wait patiently for your project to be evaluated.

I apologize to be the bringer of bad news but if you couldn't get listed on IDEX, then chances are, your project is crap.

To add up:

Please wait at least eight (8) weeks before re-submitting; any attempts within this window will be rejected automatically. Re-submission is no guarantee of acceptance.

seems like he would need to start over again on enhancing his shitcoin  ;D

May we know "token's name" ? Just to see if somehow it's safe to assume that you are just on pending or you really need to do some improvements before resubmitting.

-A legitimate project*
-An active community*
-Robust, updated code*
-In-place funding*
-A strong team with a demonstrated track record of expertise and success in building technology platforms and companies*

Although these criteria isn't really followed providing there are lots of shitcoins listed there, at least the community can backed you up. :)
