Gaming is my hobby and I was in the mood of getting a little discount off my gaming expenses by buying gaming themed gift cards off others. There are known risks of cards being easily charged back, or even worse, of illicit nature, like carding, to name one! Since I intend to mitigate such risks, I was wondering if buying gift cards that come from sites that sell them by having mandatory 3d secure transaction would be enough to have a discount and both being safe at the same time :) Sorry if my post may sound naive, I simply had to ask! |
