Just checked out your website and it is in Vietnamese and had to translate it to understand which is why I don't understand why the primary language is not English making it non-user friendly.

The live chat seems to be broken since nothing loaded when I tried accessing it. Pretty bad first impressions.

I'm sure it is because they were Vietnamese local gambling site only which is now starting to expand their service globally. Not really a big matter imho as there is an option to change the language. What I miss here is about terms and services, I cant find it on the main page. It is an important thing to know about all terms especially about user's account.
About the deposit system, they are converting deposit into USDC automatically but not really clear about the rate they are using to convert it. Also why we need to provide phone number on registration? I think it is not necessary and it is better to make it as an optional thing to fill.

You have to make sure that all part on your site is translated to English unless you force your non Vietnamese users to use google translate if they found some words which are not translated to English.

Why in the heck is op bumping his/her own title post in the first page of their thread? That looks really spammy and you need to delete it right away op.

Along with the language problem, you need to make several changes(registration should be simple and easy, terms and conditions need to be displayed clearly etc) in order to improve your website.

Just a suggestion, buy copper membership to make your promote intersting (you can upload images and put a signature about your site) spend a little money to make everyone at least confident with your site.

Who is the operator?

The website's design is fine actually it's not bad but I don't like your site because ENGLISH is not the primary or main language in the site even though your not an english speaking person. If you are aiming to make your website global ENGLISH should be used as thw primary language which the english is the international language used around the world to understand each other.

I am from an English speaking nation and it seems the sites has no translators.  However,  it seem the site look very  mature and full of many gambling opportunities.

Can't understand some of the options in the website, it should be in English and offers translation for different languages. Nonetheless, it's good. User-friendly website UI, fast loading and responsive.
