I have 3 ETH. I am determined to buy EOS. Should I hodl my ETH or buy EOS. Which one will be the best choice?

I'm an eth believer so basically I wouldn't dump it for something else except bitcoin.

Better to hold ETH than selling ETH for buying EOS. ETH's market value grows day by day and prices will reach to 200$ during this year in my opinion. At the end, it depends on your personal point of view.

Getting both can be a better choice. ETH will act in accordance with BTC unless there is an innovation that can affect the price after the expected hard forks. Also I don't think EOS will behave differently. That is why you can set up your portfolio with both of them.

Hold your eth or buy another altcoin just about to luanch. Obviously eth is better than eos. Why are you planning to buy eos anyway.

I think you can keep 50 on 50 and in Ethereum and in eos, Ethereum the good and reliable coin , but of course on it cannot be will earn so much money as in eos , I think eos can easily cost higher 100$

I would not change the Ethereum to EOS and would leave it, but it is my opinion, you will still have to make a decision personally what bet to make and in whose favor.

What about dividing your balance between ETH and EOS? This option is more acceptable for me and i don't want to lose any trend on both coin.

I would not take one or the other, because I understand that it will be better to take BTC, which will never be lower than everything on the market. It is BTC that controls the market and it is he who can really improve all that is.

I will definitely hold my ETH. I have eth as well and whenever i wanna buy some coin i use my other resources money. But the decision is still yours just make some research first before doing such thing so you won't regret it.

in my opinion you buy EOS and will not sell 3 ethereum that you have. For me selling ethereum is a mistake if you want to invest in other coins. the right choice is you buy without sacrificing the ethereum you have.

EOS is presently the king of d'Apps and this has made the transactions on that blockchain increase exponentially but I still think Ethereum is your best bet if you are aiming for a long hold. This project invented Smart contracts and Tokenizing within their blockchain.

Both projects are promising and wonderful,I would invest of course better in half,part in Ethereum and part in EOS so will give more chances that some token will grow now,and the other later and earn big buns and prospects.That Ethereum is a well-known token and it is used by millions, of course EOS is not so well known as Ethereum,but it has a very strong potential too

I think you should stay at the ETH. The ETH can be elevated after the stroke. The EOS wallet will not be very successful due to its structure. ETH will return to the old days as it will accelerate after FORK. It makes sense to stay at the ETH.

Thy both are good as a platform. At this moment ethereum is the most used and most popular platform. They got some problem regarding scalability issues and after ico ecosystem started to fail we saw a massive price drop. But after Constantinople fork and ethereum 2.0 announcement we saw some great move on ethereum. The hard fork is already done and they said that they will work on scalability issues. In other hand eos is the biggest ico ever and they already released their main net successfully. And now many project mainly many games are working with eos. I think technically eos is better that ethereum. But time will speak everything.

You did not buy EOS with 3 ETH because the ETH potential will rise again, that's my guess, just buy EOS 1 ETH so you will never be curious. and save the coin until there is profit.

Considering the low price of eth and especially when you know that the previous high price was over 1000 personally i will hold eth, as far as eos is concerned it may have better tech and service but it is a new project and it will take time for them to prove themselves.

ofcourse holding ETH is great decision because ETH really an outstanding project and this year it will recover tightly.so my choice ETH over EOS.

It is very difficult to advise people on the right coins to buy but I think EOS is better to invest now than ethereum as EOS is the next big thing.  I have bought about fifty EOS and I can see how positive it has been now.

I don't like those ICO projects because the spam ICO's are creating make the network unusable. ETH already experienced it in 2017.

Still, if I had to choose one, I would choose ETH over EOS simply because it is more decentralized. ETH is not decentralized enough but still far better than EOS. Delegated POS is the same thing as the current banking system we got, in a different name. Eth also wants to implement a similar system (without D) which makes me not like ETH even more.

If I had the chance to choose a third coin, I would go for ETC simply because it is immutable but it lost the community support and has weak hash rate and nobody should ever invest in weak hash/security coins.

Is that your wish with your ethereum? neo is well recognized at this time and the movement is very reliable, but to compare the two, obviously I still believe ethereum is still the best and its development is not much different from bitcoin. wiser if you use other allocations to buy neo, even if you want to share your ethereum, I'd rather be allocated to Bitcoin.

It is better to hold both than sell your ETH just to change it to EOS which is almost the same anyway. And just like what others said, you should use cash instead of selling your ETH, these two will have a greater chance that it would skyrocket into the moon once Bitcoin starts to increase its price.

Ethereum is no2 cryptocurrensy, the community is so big, trading volume so high, i think ETH cant compare with EOS. The best choice is HOLD ethereum. But if you trust with EOS and want to buy it, i think better using side funds not sell your ethereum.

I think eos is better than ethereum and EOS is more future proof. I know both of them are good as a platform. And I know that ethereum is the biggest platform in this crypto market and it is highly popular. But ethereum got some problem and the devs  promised that they will come with ethereum 2.0 and which is already done. But as a technology eos is better than ethereum. And after main net launch the many project is going on it eos chain. So I think eos has greater future than ethereum.

well, you have to know that most new traders will not think that much, usually what happens with new traders will only look for cryptocurrency which has the potential to make themselves very profitable, while looking at price movements I prefer ethereum which can provide benefits .

As a matter of fact ethereum is somewhat face of crypto next to bitcoin and I'm sure that new people will look up on it beside the EOS since ethereum is very much popular and supported coin by majority of the traders, that's why I preferred to stock it since ethereum is currently boost up. And also I can easily exchange it with fiat since our local wallet providers supports ethereum in their features.

I think you shouldn't use all your ETH to buy EOS at the moment, if you feel like to invest in EOS so I think you only should spend about 1 or 2 ETH only. Holding both ETH and EOS are much better than EOS or ETH only.

ETH is much better than EOS for sure. But if I were you, i would haven't done that cause holding EOS at the moment is not a good idea cause price of EOS and ETH don't change too much at this time so I think you'll have to hold for years if you want to get profit so why don't you start trading ETH with stable coin like USDT? You can earn maybe up to $100 in just a day if you're a good trader instead of holding EOS for years for few dollars.

It will still depend on that demand for each coin but I have to agree that ETH technology is way better than EOS. We know that ETH is the top altcoin so its hard to compete with its technology that keeps on growing. The future price will be valuable for two coins, but still ETH will be in a good position on top.

Do not use 3ETH to buy EOS. If you do not have cash to buy EOS, then you should not invest and hold ETH. Because in the future ETH prices will rise very high and don't sell them cheaply at present

Instead of looking one to hodl and another to dump, it is best you split the money in buying the two coins because both of them have a good potential and can provide real life value which is always the main reason for adoption and price growth.

Try to split it 50/50 that means 50% of the coin goes to purchasing of EOS, then leave the other 50% as ETH and you will never regret it once we begin to see a bull run in the price of this coin because it's going to happen real soon.

Having 3 ethereum right now is good and if you have thingking to convert your ethereum to eos maybe you use other money . Eos is potential coin but make sure you still have ethereum in your wallet because ethereum is best crypto for this year and next coming years.

The technology like smartcontract for EOS & ETH was really amazing but ETH for right now already to much a shit token from their platform. Better to use EOS i think EOS more good than ETH a lot developer try to use EOS as their token platform.

I guess that should be a correct statement, EOS is an overrated coin and I was having the same thought with you too, in this case, holding ETH will much better rather than EOS. EOS only hyped coin and no more adoption for that.

I think ETH and EOS are the potential cryptos in the market at the moment, but I think the future, the price of ETH will improve and become better than EOS. It's hard to guess which one will be better in the long run, and so I advise investing in both coins. If there is a surge in ICO, then Ethereum will grow in price stronger than the EOS.

If I were you I would take the risk of splitting my 3eth into two. Invest one part into EOS and keep the other half as Eth. Then watch what happens. I bet you will get more of a ROI on the EOS than on Eth.

if you can buy Eos with your own money that's great but if you do not have funds, then split it sell your 1.5 eth to buy Eos these two are worth buying and with very high potential when the market grows, it's up to you it's your choice.

Ethereum has more developers but EOS is more progressive in development.
I was not and EOS fan but when I tried it, I was amazed by the speed and fees in EOS network.
Also Tron could be next competitor, if they stop with promises and start working hard.

For EOS, the all-time high was $21. the current price is $3.7, If it breaks through past the all-time high, that's like x4 to 5 in returns. However, remember the EOS main net was launched at the time when the bear market had already set in

I agree. For me, it has been always Ethereum. I believed in it since day one, or perhaps since I entered the cryptocurrency market a few years back. And now, I am just so happy to see it regain its old spot as the second best coin in the market. I mean, before, I used to believe that it can overtake Bitcoin, but that's just a too tall of an order to have. For the sake of the ethereum it is better for me to look at the old coin but it's longterm and I have the potential to choose this coin because it's tested cracks even if this coin drops bigger than the ethereum because I know it's big enough I'm getting the price of ethereum especially cheap today and it's been a big loss if I bought it now and I just hold it until next year I have a chance that I will be profitable for holding this coin so Those with no ethereum take advantage of the purchase while it is cheap to buy a lot of ethereum and hold it until the bitcoin increases so your profit becomes bigger.

That's just the best advise. Using your eth to buy EOS, you never can tell what happens tomorrow. Eth is a project everybody believes in and so far there's hope. Losing it might turn to regrets later.

I will choose both of them with portions 2:1, keep 2 ETH and buying EOS using 1 ETH. ETH and EOS stand alone with their respective of blockchain technology and both of them had good potential in the future.

For me, i would go for ethereum coin. I rather invest and hold ethereum than EOS for long term investment simply because the ethereum coin has the second most volume coin in the market.

I dont think EOS is better than Eth and after yesterday transaction i dont think EOS worths its price at all if any don't yet, someone has made false transaction for 1 bln as i remember how this could happen i dont know but it means OES isn't save at all so keeping ETH is right decision for this moment 100% i believe.

Deciding on the altcoin to pick between the two is quite difficult. I'll prefer holding both  coins, though in my opinion, ethereum is more promising, but to be on the safer side, both coins should be held.

Both are really cool projects but I think you should hold like 2 ETH and use the remaining to get some EOS. In my own opinion, that will be a good step to take rather than going all in on EOS. ETH development so far has been outstanding so no need dumping all your ETH for EOS.

The comparison really has nothing to do with the real world, because it seems to me that a huge part of investors will definitely favor using ETH, since they can roll back the transaction, but this is a bit like decentralization.

I would rather choose Ethereum, instead of buying EOS it is quite good to hold some Ethereum dude, due to that they have a program now on ETH on which there is a POS in it, I just don't know if this things is now implementing. Though, EOS was also one of the potential altcoins here.

EOS currently has far fewer fans than ETH. There are few projects implemented on it and new projects are in no hurry to appear on the EOS blockchain.

Just hold your Eth, if you have extra money to buy Eos then go. ETH for me is better than any alts, but Eos is also good to hold especially in Now, the bear market, now is the perfect to buy more alts and be benefitted when bullrun comes. But a friendly reminder invest only what you afford to loose.

Both of these coins are quite good and are still listed in the top 5 in CMC, both are worth investing. So investing in both will be better and later will provide you with the right benefits. I don't doubt both and this is indeed a potential coin.

Eth is the king of altcoins. Why would you want to sell it when the price is low?

POS is about to be implemented for Eth and this might increase its price as you will be rewarded for owning and holding your Eth.

In other hand Eos is the project who raised the highest money in ico phase.They launched the mainnet successfully and now they are in market and working very aggressively. In mid time line ethereum lost its popularity a little bit but after ethereum 2.0 announced and Constantinople hard fork it restored it's pride.
