It is high time government of countries stop fighting a battle that they cannot fight and start working to taking crypto mainstream faster, they should learn from what happened during the coming up of email to lamplight and join the race quicker. I also support any good news which will create more exposure for cryptocurrency. However, Ripple was actually not built by the banks but it was built as a means of transaction through the nostro and vostro accounts but if say it was built for banks and other centralized organization will agree with you.
