Title: Update to 3.3.4 won't show FX rate Post by: huntersthompson420 on March 07, 2019, 01:19:18 AM I have restarted, reinstalled, checked and whitelisted my firewall, disabled firewall, changed servers, disabled and enabled fiat, tried different currency and I cannot get the FX rate to show after updating. Please help! Update: have tried every provider and tried with and without VPN.
Title: Re: Update to 3.3.4 won't show FX rate Post by: anu1908 on March 07, 2019, 01:29:45 AM you're talking about electrum 3.3.4? have you tried selecting other price provider? i'm pretty sure it's a connection issue, either your network block electrum connection or your dns can't reach the server. if that doesn't help, maybe use different internet provider or use tor/vpn/dnscrypt.

Sometimes it disconnects from the fiat fx rate provider at random for no reason. I often simply change the source (Coinbase <-> BitcoinAverage) so don't get worried too much.
