Probably due to low marketcap of whole crypto industry, it's easy to manipulate such low volume market when you have money (there is also media manipulation).

One word: whales.
There are people out there who own an considerable amount eg. Bitcoin. They can manipulate the market in their own favor, especially when it comes to low market volume coins.

altcoin market is exactly like traditional market that is why it is too volatile, the thing is that market is "penny stocks" .
on top of that, this market is 90% manipulation and 10% or less reality which means it should be pumped and dumped most of the times and that creates the huge volatility. in other words the market is serving its purpose by being extremely volatile because that is how traders make profit on the bitcoin they invest in all these shitcoins.

the only thing the media can do is FUD, which makes investors hesitant about investing, even attracting their investment. so if that happens, the crypto price will fall.

Yes, I agree with this. We may also add that there are less players in the cryptocurrency market with really big holdings that trade against each other unlike traditional markets.

1. It lacks regulation
3. Most crypto isn't backed by anything this makes its price vulnerable to manipulations.
90% of people here or even more are interested in the rewards they get from crypto the price will always be manipulated to suit them

I would say that recently volatility has been less but still to answer your question the reasons for volatility and instability are some malpractices in the crypto market like pump and dump groups, fake bot trading, manipulation, whale speculation, non regulated brokers and exchanges etc.

It's not the main reason but that should be the volatility of crypto caused by there was a lot of demand to buy and sell. This will create a speculative ecosystem which can be called as volatility since each coin is not backed even by commodity and that creates pump and dump.

The first has not yet become widespread yet. As this prevalence increases and the number of people holding crypto in their hands increases, volatility will decrease. The price will be more stable and reasonable.

In addition, there are no legal regulations and smart bots trade figures are constantly moving.

Yes it lacks regulation by a centralized group or people however each and every one holder, user and trader contributes  to its price.Cryptocurrency is not backed by anything, it depends only on demand and supply law and litetally has no intrinsic value.

The crypto market is greatly influenced by the big investors. These are generically named cryptocurrency, whales. They want to buy at a low price a certain currency and sell it at a high price. They take advantage of the naivety of small investors who sell their coins for fear of losing their entire investment.
For less well-known currencies, the market is fluctuating with these because they are not supported and there are no regulations to allow them to develop.

You summed it up - those "malpractices" in crypto market.  ;)
The volatility is particularly very high with pump and dump coins, and sometimes you know it's coming.
Those with huge amount of supply, huge premine with no solid foundation to start with, anonymous team and getting listed fast in an exchange.
High probability that the dev will abandoned that coin after few weeks of trading.
This is just to give an example on why volatility is really common with most altcoins or tokens created.

Because it runs 24/7 and availbal in almost the country and of course the manipulations of the whales that make this market more volatile. You know we can actually take this trend as an advantage because we can trade and gain profit without waiting for more days. A volatile market is too risky, its all up to you on what moves you will do to earn money. Don’t be scare in this volatile market, for me this is just a normal trend.

I think one of the reasons of the crypto market volatility is because the crypto market price movement is based on sentiments, since the market is new there are no accurate data for study,so most market information are not reliable

The main reason is because it is still extremely new. The fundamental is not yet stong. Any kind of currency relies on the economic system, including cryptocurrency, and our economic system now is based on each government regulation, and most of this government are either do not have any concern on cryptocurrency or they fear it. So, until we have economic system that supporting cryptocurrency it will still be very volatile.

The entire cryptocurrency market cap is too low my friend. We are at a young phase where the market can be easily manipulated by whales who hold large sums of coins. If more money comes into crypto, the volatility will reduce.

Title: Re: Why crypto market is volatile

the main reason is manipulation. and the fact that everyone loves the manipulation because it is the only way they can make huge profits. if nobody pumped and dumped shitcoins then you could never imagine making 200% profit in only one day :D

the other reason is that  the market is small and that makes the manipulation easier but also it makes any sell or buy too big for the market to handle and because of it price shoots in one direction or the other.

Title: Re: Why crypto market is volatile

It is volatile due of being prone to manipulations. There's no way for the gov't to regulate its transaction, supply and demand and that's how the price of each crypto is too volatile. Like bitcoin, nobody controls it.

I believe that the cryptocurrency market is not stable, since the cryptocurrency is a new asset that is just in its infancy and is very easily manipulated. Based on this, it cannot be said that this is bad, on the contrary, right now from strong price fluctuations there is an excellent opportunity to earn or buy a promising cryptocurrency. If the market becomes stable, then you will not be able to buy cheap and sell expensive, as the price will be constantly on the same level.

It is actually slower now unlike before.
Changes are just a few dollars and most likely there is not much room for profit.

The low amount of tokens could be the reason behind it.
Also, it is way cheaper than buying USD in exchange for other currency.

Example is bitcoin wirh just 21 million. Not enough for the amount of human being in the world and also some of it is already missing.

indeed crypto market is basically very volatile, price changes occur very quickly, this is because it is influenced by supply and demand in the market, every day there are many coins traded on the market, when the demand for coins decreases so that the price of coins will drop, in other words if many investors sell coins so that the increased supply of coins will result in a decrease in prices

Supply and demand have created volatility for crypto, you wanna see crypto becomes stable crypto and then it should be backed by fiat money which has a stable valuation. It's not about manipulation but that's the nature of this market. remember that dude.

Volatile nature of the cryptocurrency market is partly caused by the low entry barrier needed for anyone to invest into cryptocurrency.
Unlike the traditional markets where, Accredited investors trade assets the crypto market is accessible to everybody and with millions of people all over the world price manipulation is easier, and a lot of market movement can be influenced through the media

we can say that crypto is an asset or investment, this is like a stock in the business world so the price becomes very volatile especially because crypto is traded while the size of the volume greatly affects the price and as you know that the volume changes so the price changes, another, another reason is because the market is very sensitive to issues, so it makes the crypto market more volatile

It is indeed one of the reasons cryptocurrency market volatile its because the underlying technologies are still brand new. Actually, we are still at an early age. However, I don't get the point why would cryptocurrencies needs rely on an economic system based on governments. Surely Bitcoin capable to eliminate any centralized entities without any interruptions.

Another significant reason why cryptocurrency markets volatiles is lack of adoption, I believe it the adoption already widespread, and the user already has knowledge and well-understand and aware of the potential of cryptocurrencies, the volatility will slowly decrease.

Traditional market - I guess you mean stock exchanges? Pricing is entirely speculative, it's all whale manipulations and market reactions to news.

Cryptocurrency market is volatile because it is a community driven assets that is easily afected by emotion, news, FUD and manipulation. Volatility is cryptocurrency's nature and that is where we make gains and losses. For me volatility is what makes the market alive. Without volatility cryptocurrency market will become stable and I think that is not that good for traders as it may gives slow and small return.

Although the market is similar, there is a difference between the crypto market and the traditional market, because if the traditional market price is always monitored, not all goods must be monitored by the authorities, and very different from the crypto market which can only be seen from the number of buyers at the price they want, even though basically there is a fixed price.

The digital currency market is very volatile due to the absence of regulations that regulate the circulation and use of digital currencies. usually increases and decreases occur depending on the market situation that affects the demand factor. Some large investors can even influence changes in the price of a coin. so as long as there is no regulation, the price of the digital currency will continue to experience price fluctuations.

I believe the manipulation on crypto is just too much and that causes the volatility. Likewise, some media manipulations such as spreading negative news can just upset the market and cause a sudden fall or rise in value.

I would single out 4 main reasons for the volatility of cryptocurrencies: the lack of regulation by the state, the lack of reference to any tangible assets, the lack of real value and the human factor. But in the volatility of cryptocurrencies I see advantages, in my opinion it attracts a lot of traders and gives a chance to buy for those who missed a profitable moment.

Yes, you are right, the biggest drawback of cryptocurrency is the volatility and volatility of the course. The fact is that a cryptocurrency depends on many factors: on the correspondence of supply and demand, on the policies of states regarding virtual money. If we take the leading cryptocurrency, it depends on the complexity of the extraction, on the technology it uses, on the dependence of money on each other.

Probably due to low marketcap of whole crypto industry, it's easy to manipulate such low volume market when you have money (there is also media manipulation).

I think that's not probably, its happen when the market condition goes to very bad and people go away from the market. When altcoin price gets drop then people get shocked and they are in tension. As an economy system, If the demand increases, the price increases, and if the demand drops, the price decreases.

The cryptocurrency market has such volatility primarily because it is decentralized. That is, any large investor or several such investors can manipulate the price. And accordingly, they are followed by other traders and it turns out that the price can either rise or fall in a fairly short period of time.

In accordance with my understanding with this concept, because of volatility many of the traders in crypto get their profit. And the no. 1 who get benefited with was the whale investors in my perception on this matter. That's why most of the altcoins together with Bitcoin also are all volatile. In short, Volatile is the heart of crypto trading in the market.

Because the lack of physical value in a product for the first time is under discussion anywhere.
In fact, we are at the beginning of a powerful experience of what is physical and not physical in relation to values.
We are learning that there are values beyond what we feel, smell or touch.
Cryptocurrencies and anything technically related are all about that.
So speculation is present precisely because there are many divergences of thoughts, interests and intentions.

It is the same as the traditional markets. but different is crypto market can manipulate easily than the other markets. I think it's because of the low volumes. some considerable amount of money can make a big effect in the crypto market. I already saw there are some crypto signal groups are pump the coin by purchase a big amount once and sell them after the pump. because of these low volumes, a good marketing campaign also can pump coin easily.

If there was a uniform distribution of thoughts, interests and intentions, the market would not go anywhere. It is precisely because sometimes the factors for one direction coincide, the market moves in this direction.

I think this market is so volatile that liquidity is low.

For now the crypto market will still continue to be volatile because it is new and don't have so much volume in it's total market cap, as of today, the total marker cap of the crypto market is $130 billion which is small compared to some fiat that have a market capped at billion and even trillions of dollars.

Once the marker is able to get to trillions of dollars, I know we are going to now begin to see a stable price of coins.

Yeah, changes might affect the crypto market. If its a positive change, we see the price starts to rise with a decent speed. If its a negative change, we see the price falling down steadily. The market is volatile because it is "decentralized". So the prices are set by the people, unlike the government restricting a centralized marketplace. Again, the prices can be manipulated by someone who owns a huge amount of coins. And people constantly cashing out for profit might be another cause for the price volatility.

Because most of altcoins can be moved up or down with a small funds, so price in one day can make a large volatile moves and such thing is attracts many of  speculators.
It is appropriate for the price of each coin to change, it may be true because of that, the market can change for the better and worse, maybe the coin that changes at any time, I am also surprised why the price of the coin cannot stop the price , essentially the volume of coins can go up and down continuously whether until when.

Maybe because cryptocurrency is not just an investment but has a major role which is a currency. With this there are a lot factors to consider. Maybe its because of the demand and supply since crypto are just mined and the source is limitted. Its also maybe because of the manipulators etc. You can see a lot of topics like that here.

One of the reason why the crypto market is still very volatile compared to that of traditional is because it is not being regulated which will be of the major thing affecting its volatility, and because of the manipulations going on in the industry, it also discourage lots of investor coming in to the market.

It will be difficult for any investor to commit so much large fund into a market that is unpredictable and with so much volatility and until security is fully introduces to guarantee safe investment; the market will continue to be volatile.

It happens that 2019 fluctuations aren't be that always to happen or if there is but it's in low price movement unlike 2017 event. It is good to see like these and it only have less possibility of losing our funds as we can easily make some. Adjustments.
In a certain thing that crypto is volatile cause we are in a decentralize market and the changes will surely affect to the prices since we aren't controlled by anyone.

Well, I think the relative financial freedom in crypto is responsible for the volatility. All crypto enthusiasts are responsible for the volatile nature of the crypto market, when the majority of stakeholders in a particular coin decide to pump, the price goes high. Likewise the price can also dump when the opposite happens.

First reason for the high volatility is crypto market is not controlled by anyone. People from around the world can invest anytime. In addition, manipulation is another reason for which volatility is high. If you think of decentralized, you can't control it. By the way, cryptocurrency got popularity for its volatility.

The price of cryptocurrency is influenced by many factors, one of which is demand and supply in the market, traders speculation, circulating news related to cryptocurrency, whales, market makers, etc. That is why prices are quite difficult to predict and develop beyond expectations. Need experience and strong mentality in making decisions on the cryptocurrency market.

This market is new - this is the main reason. Second reason - it's not backed by anything real. Third - there are many guys who are interested in this volatility, who make money, using it.
What is the difference if market is new? The reason here is about the market value. The prices are very easy to move because the value at cryptomarket is very low. If you just compare any shitcoin with a normal currency, you will understand everything well.

Any time an industry is new and growing very fast, it will experience extreme volatility as price discovery takes place. Investors are also unsure as to how to value cryptocurrencies, given that they do not produce income like traditional investments, though proof of stake will be similar to dividends. As the industry grows I am sure more formal methods will be developed to determine their value.

I think with the moderate experience, and you know why the market is volatile because you already knew that the crypto market will always be volatile, and it's different than any other market like forex or stocks. In my side, I think it's good if the market can be volatile like now because we could pick the low price and then we can sell at the high price, and it means, we can always make a profit. But it's not easy to get the profit as we know that sometimes the price still going to down and we already saw that before and until now the price still on the lower price.

Market is volatile because 80% of the investments in Crypto are made by bankers, funds and other whales.
They are applying the same rules as in other market to maximize their revenues, which is basically buying a lot then crash teh market to trigger the sales of the small investors, buy at low price then artificially bubble the market and do it again.
Because there are no rules in the cryto market, they can do what they want with their bots and the result is a lot of volatility.

3. Most crypto isn't backed by anything this makes its price vulnerable to manipulations.
90% of people here or even more are interested in the rewards they get from crypto the price will always be manipulated to suit them
Yes, it's true. In other words, a decentralized cryptocurrency forms its price only on the basis of supply and demand, and they will never be stable. It is also true that cryptocurrency is now used primarily as a speculative means of accumulating value, and not as a means of payment. Therefore, the price of cryptocurrency is first pumped up and then falls.

Crypto currency is not controlled by anyone, not guarded by anyone, all of them have the right to drop prices or pump prices according to the supply they have. the more capital they have, the easier it will be to influence prices in the market. therefore the price volatility of the crypto currency is very high.

Cryptocurrency has no intrinsic value, despite company's sized valuations, cryptocurrencies don’t sell a product or earn revenue. Regulation is still in its early days. Such limited regulation allows for market manipulation, introduces volatility, and discourages investment, due to no assurances that their capital is truly secured or protected. However, I'm still hopeful that in the long run, we can expect more regulation and a greater diversity of investors.

The cryptocurrency is volatile because the reason of this is the use case of the coin, and who needs it and how many supply is there. Therefore, if there are lots of people who wants it (demand) and there are only limited number of token (supply) the tendency is that the price would go up and vice versa.

This is right mate, aside the fact that the technology I new which is not completely new for a technology that is already counting almost 11 years in the market.

So many bad ICOs as you said are really contributing to why prices are not stable because of the motive behind their project which makes a lot of people go in and out of the market without leaving their funds for a long term project, the market would have been less volatile if there was assurance or a form of security from the ICOs, then people can leave their money in the market as a long term project without having to pull it out often.

This is exactly what the system seems to be bringing to the table now, a means of investing and making quick cash not a means of digital currency exchange or spending which is the original purpose of crypto currency which virtually every one of us is beginning to forget.

I blame this on poverty level in the world because most people coming in as investors especial the minor investors sees it as a way to make money without struggling or working rather than just HOLD and wait. The system and who ever created it needs to revisit the project and looks for a way where it’s original purpose for creation will be fully achieved.

There are so many variables that could be fit into a regression equation and you would come to know that they are still not enough to explain the volatility impact of the cryptocurrency. So it is quite obvious that holders who have large volumes of coins could be one among so many other factors. The fact that the markets of Bitcoin are liquid is another reason and the list continues.

I think that the cryptocurrency business situation is a bit different, because today the offer on the market is quite a lot, or even at a low price, but no one is in a hurry to buy. Of course, in order to increase the interest of cryptocurrency, you need to carry out a certain information campaign, but for this there must be at least some prerequisites.

From my experience, the volatilty is present due to lack of trust in the industry. People are new to the cryptocurency technology and often wondered its applications and relevance. This uncertainty coupled with ico fraud causes the dumps which may easily result from FUD caused by media channels. People need to stop losing money seeing real life applications of cryptocurrency to trust the system more

the crypto market is very volatile because price movements are determined by demand and supply that occur in the market, when many investors choose to sell their coins, it increases the supply of coins on the market and causes a decrease in prices, and vice versa
basically crypto is indeed volatile, and this cannot be changed because no one can manage or manipulate price movements in crypto

The volatile nature of the cryptocurrency market is due to the fact that cryptocurrency operates on a decentralized system and its price is most determined by those who have a lot of a particular crypto coin. If i have about 1000 Ethereum and i decide to sell it at $50, this will force others to reduce their price in order to sell their coin because a drastic decrease in the price of ethereum.

Perfect explanation of how volatility works in crypto. And since we can't control someone else's decision when it comes to trading, we are just here waiting what the market will cater to us and react on what is happening. Either we participate or let the situation pass and wait for a better deal.

Traditional market is not regulated or decentralized while crypto market is totally decentralized and out of regulations. Besides, sometimes manipulation can also affect the price.
Aside the market being manipulated which I don’t dispute the fact that some coins in the market are really being manipulated but sometimes, the volatility also depends on the normal investors, the number of investors that comes in an out and their purpose is what I feel makes the market volatile, for now, 60% of the investors are on a short term investment, which they pull out their fund from the market at every slight opportunity they see without holding it for a long term while the market also keep gaining new investors every day, as long as the system is new and investors are coming in and out of the market on a daily basis, the market will always remain volatile.

The crypto market is said to be very volatile because the market is small compared to the potential capital that could come in. Even mid-sized portfolio buyers can move the market 10 - 50% because of the lack of liquidity in the orderbooks.

However a known theory states that when the market grows to the ideal size, the price would be less volatile since deeper liquidity and more market participants will make the price action less volatile, it's like comparing the market to a small boat vs a  cruise ship where the small boat will feel the waves while such waves can't be felt by the cruise ship.

It's because the value of crypto is all dependent on the demand from the people. The greater the demand, the higher the price. In some cases, the price also changes due to manipulation of whales. Since they have the big volume and the ability to buy greater volume they can easily make changes with price. The value of Bitcoin will be better if many of us will hold, since the supply is decreased and this would cause greater demand.

According to an article on cointelegraph.com, another reason that can make the market volatile is herd mentality. Here is link to the article and it explains a lot on why Bitcoin is volatile - https://cointelegraph.com/news/why-is-the-cryptocurrency-market-so-volatile-expert-take/amp

I think there are lots of reasons as to why the cryptocurrency is volatile. The number one I will say is that it has no regulation. Having limited regulation makes it easy for people to manipulate the market to any direction. And another thing that makes it volatile is not having institutional capital, and this is caused by the fact that it is not being regulated and due to the manipulation. There are lots of reasons.

So, anyone that feels like they want to know why the price of cryptocurrency is volatile should go through the article, it teaches a lot of things and also says the possible for the volatility to be controlled.

That's not entirely correct if the supply is very decentralized. If someone owns 0.1% of Bitcoin and is the biggest owner, it is still difficult if not impossible to move the market. I know this is hypothetical, but the goal is over time that Bitcoin gets into the hands of as many people as possible.

Market is volatile because it's depending to what is on demand of traders in the market and its normal to the market that its volatile because we all know its a decentralized market. Even centralize market have changes too so it comes to market I think volatile is normal.

Crypto market is volatile because it is not depend on government or any institution. It depends on the number of investors, I believe that every investors has a different sights on crypto feild that is why they have also different ways or strategy to earn. The number of investors that invest into crypto really matters the price that cause high volatility.

That's right. Therefore, the one who has the most accumulated assets in the form of, say, bitcoins, controls the market, if necessary. I mean that in this case a large window opens for market manipulations.

Well, it seems to me so everywhere not only in cryptocurrency. Also in life. One asset rules the market. All ostolnye adjust. And those people who have a lot of this asset just manage the market. I think it will not surprise anyone. Let's say that Bitcoin is much worse today. But he is still the leader.
Well, it really is. and we need to learn how to live in the cryptocurrency market. You need to learn to earn and create something new and useful.

It must be a unique, as you can see about so many platforms are getting lack of ideas to creates something useful to be used by us. Volatility is an old thing that doesn't need to talk a lot about that. volatility will always related to the market. people wanna buy and sell, that creates volatility

Crypto generally is not backed by any stable asset thats why it's volatile.  Again it's a free market where people who are willing to sell their coin dirt cheap will find those who are willing to buy it.

the number of requests on the market greatly affects the value in the market so the number of requests is always changing and the value often changes.
This is usually experienced in every market, and indeed the market is currently experiencing a downturn that is difficult to move and may also be caused by several factors, because market movements are caused by a number of things and not just because of the many requests.
but don't panic too much because this condition will end soon.

I think it is volatile because most cryptocurrencies are not backed by physical things like gold, silver, or other precious things.
From what i know, we need gold reserve to print fiat money, it means money backed by gold.
Some stable crypto like USDT and TUSD are not volatile, because it backed by real money.

Many factors are responsible for its volatility. Firstly, it is relatively new and people are still learning about the system and how it all works. Secondly, it is decentralized and not so regulated which gives room to fraud and continues ICO scam. This breaches trust amongst investors and often times induce fear

Volatile if nature in any market. The price of crypto always determined by supply and demand and i think thats creating a good competition between old coin and new coin. Good investor must be searching before make investment and competition will create good investment climate in market
as you say the market price is determined based on market demand, when no one is able to cultivate the market demand so prices will not increase. This is the work of developers, where they must continue to work for it.
I partially agree with you that it is the responsibility of the developer, they need to create a solid useful project and more awareness because there cannot be market demand if people are not aware of the project and the useful of the cryptocurrency system.

Generally, we need new and fresh bloods to be injected into the crypto industry for us to have market demand, investors already in the market are not making more demands because they already have acquired enough and waiting for the hike in price, this is why we are not seeing much growth in the current market price and market capitalization is still quite very low compared to 2018.

The cryptocurrency market is not only very volatile but also unpredictable.
Only having experience in the market can count on success.
Volatility can be caused by panic selling or buying up coins by many players, which significantly affects the rates.

Cause in the cryptomarket there is no intrinsic value. Most of the projects that are behind this or that coin do not produce anything, do not hire anyone. And do not give any dividends. That is why these are easy to manipulate.

not that easy friend, the influence of the market is very large in determining prices. when many people sell but if the market demand is good it can keep the price going up and not going down. but now what we see in the crypto market is very difficult.

all that happened, rising and falling market prices was due to the actions of the market participants themselves. where traders and large investors start trading their assets. because the price problem all depends on us, nothing determines structurally.

If bounty hunters are the cause of volatility, what about coins that do not have anything to do with bounty hunters, yet get dump. These set of people are just normal players in the crypto world and they have negligible influence on the market. The higher the marketcap, the less volatile it would be and vice versa.

In my opinion because there are no standards that apply to all in the world and are very sensitive from negative and positive issues. Another factor is that there are no regulations that can influence policy makers so that the market is left free.
Based on the above analysis it can be concluded that the crypto market is very volatile because everything is allowed to run freely, the existing mechanism is only buying and selling to peer to peer so that anything can happen in a short time.

I agree with you . The value of all coins needs to be volatile, the market can survive. Most major coins are showing stability in recent times and it is a very good opportunity for small coins with high price increases because in the last 2 weeks many altcoin has new prices . This makes the market more attractive to investors

no one can make the price of the coin stable, as long as the coin still has high demand and a very limited total supply causes the coin will never be stable, in contrast to coin junk that doesn't have very much development and supply, the price will be stable

volatility is a result of the fact that the market is not regulated by the law. if there is a regulation then the volatility will be lower.

Growing volume  is also equals to more volatility because when there is alot of people that will buy crypto the price will rise rapidly and if the price is already in its peak other hodlers will also sell which result for the value to go down again  . the process will repeat but im sure that cryptos value will somehow improve .

To the question that why crypto is volatile , well i guess they are volatile because they are unregulated or due to their decentralize nature  .  however there are still crypto that are known to be stable or stable coins as they called it , one example is usdt  .

That may be one of the reasons, but not something absolute. Volatility is clear because there are few projects that have value in real life. Unfortunately there are still people who are stuck and obected for just prices and things like that. I think that CoinMarketCap ends up directing potential valuations or even devaluations by exposing the cryptocurrencies causing volatility, but without fundamentals I mentioned, it's easy to have oscillations.

Firstly, a value of the whole field is really tiny. Even a drop by 90% would not mean a thing in a whole economy. It is caused by the youngness of the whole segment and lack of interest from people. However, afew successful project might become a spark which would send cryptocurrencies to the moon and beyond. Secondly, a lack of regulation scares a lot of potential investors as well. Depending on nothing but fragile promises is not sustainable if you would like to bring your whole pension fund, for example. Thirdly, no one actually knows if blockchain will survive (in its most dominant position) in a form of cryptocurrencies. Blockchain is going to change and simplify processes in almost all fields, but the form is unknown. In conclusion, it depends on many factors from projects themselves to regulations which might slow down or kill it entirely (officially), so we are still in a phase where crypto is extremely volatile asset.

I don't mind if the crypto market has volatility for the price because I can get a chance to buy a low price and sell at a higher price. It is what the market did, and I think in the market like a stock, or another else, there is volatility too. Many people can get a profit from the volatility, but that is only for people who can catch that chance to make a profit. As long as you can see the opportunity from the difference in the price, then you don't have a problem with the volatility.

Based on my research, here are a couple of things why the market of crypto is volatile. First, it has no intrinsic value. It also has a shortage of regulatory system to overlook it. It also lacks institutional capital. Plus, tradable supply is not on an exchange order book but in off-exchange wallets, which causes slippage that increases volatility. With forums and groups on social media, crypto also developed a herd mentality that breeds an appetite for risk in the hopes of landing a windfall of cash and utilizing a larger share of whatever capital they have to invest in risky instruments, including purchasing such investments on credit. With all these reasons that are given, the more you need to consider diversifying your investments to ICOs and altcoins altogether. Try out things on newly launch exchange like Bitrus or Eosex exchange that has a UI perfect for beginner trader.

There is really no intrinsic value on cryptocurrency just like the fiat we have right now what makes it just different is that it runs on supply and market law. In this kind of bearish I guess having a beginner platform like is the best thing to practice with.

We even don’t want to see it stable because our profit is only because of its volatility and if it will become stable then profit will be very low than profit, we are having profit because we are able to buy crypto at low price and sell at high, which is the reason because of time to time volatility, according to be volatility of cryptocurrency is an advantage for us.
