Why in the world would anyone be interested in an online casino whose customer support is slow?

Quick customer support service is basically one of the primary factors that determine whether a casino is good or bad in my opinion and the majority would agree with me.

Just as Haunebu said. Still thank you for those informations.

All those CONs made the Casino just look bad at all.
I wouldn't even step into it, not even clicking the link.

All the reviews made on the site is based on personal review imo. Just in case there is a site with very good rating on such a review site, will you step into it? Will you click the link, register and make a deposit directly just because of the review? It seems so, at least based on what you says. You are type of person who relies on other's review without even willing to check it yourself.
I'm not saying it because I know about the site mentioned in this thread but I'm saying it in general purpose. It is ok to read review but dont rely on it a hundred percent. What you read is not always the truth especially we are in online world. No offenses to OP, but thanks for providing review with pro and cons. Still, users need to check themselves if they are interested to play on any sites reviewed by OP.

The OP needs to find another review from other people so it will look natural and it's not biased. We cannot accept the opinion from one person only, and I think that it's for personal review. And if you can find another review, I guess that it will give pros and cons about the sites so people will know what they should do.

And if they have a passion for playing in that site, they will test it, and they will leave a review for the sites and perhaps, they will stay for a long time in that websites. Besides that, the rating on one website cannot prove that the gambling sites are very good because there are no other people who give reviews.

I agree with you. Reviews are merely reference points in my opinion.

Bitcoinplay needs to grant some kind of bonus to high ranking members in this forum for leaving their feedback regarding the website stating the advantages and the disadvantages properly.

this is more like anti-advertising rather than review :)
you cannot call a casino simplistic , unlicensed and struggling , award it 2.5/5 score and expect anyone to be willing to play there
is it your site?  https://www.bestbitcoinslots.com ? creating a topic for each casino reviewed and then posting links to the review site itself is a great idea ,
but not sure it will fly with the moderators here

the thread title itself is very negative. i wonder how the owner of this site will react on this thread???
only the cons are put in the title, not even one advantage is inserted.
hope the owner will see this and redeem his site, if it is redeemable...

High likely that the owner of bitcoinplay.io wont react to this thread. I remember that this site have an ANN thread in this forum but it is not active anymore since more than a year ago. I havent tried this site although I was one of some members who replied to their ANN thread as my first impression was not that good about this site because the sites was looked like old scam site btc-casino.io but I just checked again the site and it is different with what I saw years ago. Need to look about it further.

First of all, OP why did you created this thread? Can you just make it clear? Or you are the owner of the site/casino therefore listing out the features of the site?
In my observation, you wanted to promote the review site I guess?
Else if you really want to announce about your site, then just make it more attractive so that users will get to your site.
Now talking about your site, why will someone join a site which has slow support for their players. Moreover as you have added the rating also which is 2.5/5 , this will surely hamper with your site's stats.

I would definitely avoid to play on this casino and there are several reason to sustain my decision. Firs of all the casino is not licensed and it does not use provably fair. And this might not be the biggest problems but then you find out there are not information about them on their website. No contact email, phone, adress or anything else. Just a livechat and that's not really live since you have to wait a long time for response. Having all of this said, I suggest you to avoid this casino.

Agreed, there are much more casino that look more better and supportive to their respective customers. The inactive of their support team even at the toughest time is awkward as per say. For more customers to be at their platform to play, they must work on their response to their active|inactive customers.

Your site isn't work properly and I can't reach it, is it under maintenance? Seems like your are an affiliate marketing in many gambling site including this one.

Probably OPs website is still in under construction and lots of features needed to add up soon or maybe you were right. I think it is just too poor when it comes to customer support, people really need a quick response especially if this is very important and I think it will take weeks or even months before their customer support would answer your call.

Try to use VPN, you unable to reach it probably because the site is blocked by your ISP like mine. I cant reach it without VPN as well, so your issue must be the same as mine. Yap, his main site is an affiliate marketing or review site of many gambling sites in this industry.

I assume that the OP is promoting the review website. Whether the review is based on personal opinion or not, Bitcoinplay doesn't deserve more rating than this. The "Play now" button redirects back to the review website. After checking the casino one thing is clear that, there is not much interesting features that would make someone stay on their website. Personally, I won't prefer to join a website that has no license and poor customer support response.

I tried this site (bitcoinplay.io) few years ago when the site offered free 50mbtc to try the games. I did not stay longer at this site because they admit that offers the copy Novomatic games, means that they have no license to offer the original Novomatic games on their site. In other words, they are using a modified or maybe a stolen games from the original provider. It is not a good sign for any sites that uses non original games from the providers.

I thought this is a new site, and thanks for sharing your experience, I'd rather listen to you than their rating.

Ohhh... by the way, their casino rating is : 2.5/5 stars, I'm sure good casino does not have that kind of low rating, will be playing on casinos with at least 4/5 rating and of course we must consider where the rating is coming from.

Its refreshing to see these type of honest reviews that shows the fairly obvious shortcomings of casinos. Normally people always promote casinos for being amazing or they complain about some sort of scam but nobody really talks about the default issues on a website, its either amazing or its a scam that is the information we get about casinos, you are either 1 or 0 like binary for gamblers.

Seeing a website that is not scam (probably) but still just not good enough is a great freshening feeling and really welcomed. I personally wouldn't play here at all and I feel like even 2.5 stars is way too much but ruth is a bit generous with his stars for website as long as they are not scammers.

Moreover, "simplistic website" is not a negative in my book like other cons, its just shows they are not too complicated in design which is not a flaw but a feature if you ask me. Still wouldn't play here but at least wanted to share my review of the review :D.

I hope you all realize that I shared the post/review above not to advertise or promote BitcoinPlay.io but to give you a review you can refer to in case you are looking for both the pros and cons of being a player there. And if I were promoting the betting site, why would I give it a 2.5/5-star rating? No affiliate would be that dumb.

So instead of judging the OP, why don't you just judge the casino reviewed. That will help the community more.

First of all, OP why did you created this thread? Can you just make it clear? Or you are the owner of the site/casino therefore listing out the features of the site?
In my observation, you wanted to promote the review site I guess?

I don't own bitcoinplay.io. Neither am I promoting or advertising it. I am merely sharing with you BestBitcoinSlots.com's review of that casino so that in case any one of you encounters that site and wonders whether it's good to play there or not, there is a review you can refer to to help you decide. But I am not forcing anyone here to rely on reviews 100% to decide. It will still help if you refer not only to casino reviews but also to your own experience of the site. So even if you've read an article about a casino you want to try, it still pays to visit it, and see for your self some evidence (at least the most obvious ones) that the casino is worth a try or not.

Thanks, sana54210! At least now there is one among the commenters who realizes that I shared that review above not to promote BitcoinPlay.io but just to share with everyone the site's honest review with the cons! So what I shared was merely just an FYI post, which I believe is more helpful to the btc community than promotional posts.
