How it works:

1. You send me required BTC amount + your account name on BITMAIN website.
2. I am sending you discount coupon, you will receive it on your BITMAIN account.
3. You buying Antminer from BITMAIN, applying coupon from me.
4. That's it - profit :)

Current prices:

1x coupon for Antminer S1 worth 0.05 BTC: 0.02 BTC
1x coupon for Antminer S2 worth 400 USD: 40 USD

For example:
If you want one coupon for Antminer S1, you paying me 0.02 BTC and you receiving 0.05 BTC discount for your Antminer. You purchasing Antminer directly on BITMAIN website, today's price is  0.468 BTC, buy you paying them only  0.468-0.05 = 0.418 BTC.

If you want one coupon for Antminer S2, you paying me 40 USD (in Bitcoin) and you receiving 400 USD discount for your Antminer. You purchasing Antminer directly on BITMAIN website, today's price is 2389 USD, but you paying them only 2389-400 = 1989 USD.

2) Do you buy in bulk is that the reason for a discount? or is this a relationship reason?

first of all if you are a previous owner of an S2 you have a $400 credit per unit which costs you $2199 for each S2 , but its ok to make a profit.

But who in their right mind would but this piece of shit S2 knowing all of the problems that come along with it?  If you are ok with monkey's jumping up and down on your box wihich contains a used miner that was thrown on a plane over their shoulder, and are ok with it coming to you all broken and not working, then buy away...

mayne you should put in a disclaimer saying:
"if your unit comes to you all broken and in 50 pieces, or if the LCD burns out in 2 days, and the software is crap, and you should be prepared to stock up on new microSD cards to try to get it to boot up (assuming its not all smashed when it arrives) I am not responsible, and try to send it back to china where bitmain will tell you his engineers will have to evaluate it and determine a fair refund for you, while you are 3 weeks out of mining by that point"

Not really. I ordered about 100 of Antminer S1 and 3 units of Antminer S2, never had an issue. Just sometime scratches and damaged boxes because of courier companies. Once I had box lost in Hong Kong because of DHL's fault, for 6 days, it arrived terribly chewed box, screws from outside case were loose, but I fixed the miner and it's working fine since then.
