If it's the same thing I've been hearing about it's India's plan on how to deal with a Pakistani invasion with counter attacks, while simultaneously avoiding nuclear war.

Doctrine specifically mean, that which is taught.

Cold Doctrine basically is the name of a military doctrine said to be started by India to react to the Pakistans terrorist attacks on the India-Pakistan border but its a fake news in reality and there is nothing like "Cold Doctrine" started by India but they have different more effective strategy to deal with the war isuue.

Thanks, your explanation was just explicit and concise yet very comprehensive. Thanks for sharing this amazing knowledge. Looking at it carefully, this  is not a good doctrine to be encouraged.

Why it is not a good doctrine?
Your forces require 3 weeks to mobilize, Do you think it is acceptable?
Anyway India do not use (or rarely used) force for maintaining law and order, so why it is required to be stationed on the center of country?
