Post by: Sandus_Cryptolover on March 12, 2019, 08:50:18 PM
Recent information from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) chairman has come out on the topic of ethereum (ETH) as a security.

Jay Clayton, the SEC’s chairman, verified the agency’s staff examination discovered ETH as free from classification as a security, as detailed in a report from Coin Center.

This is second time ethereum has been classify has non security, anyway its good development for ethereum ecosystem, does it mean all coin using ethereum smart contract will be under the same classification.

It is good or bad for Ethereum to become a security? And when Ethereum is a decentralized network, who will apply for a security? Who will be responsible for that?
