Post by: Churkin on March 12, 2019, 11:08:47 PM very necessary, so that no more ICOs do a scam, I think one reason why there are many ICO scams is because there are no laws governing ICO so that everyone can do a scam without fear but the problem is who will arrange all that? Are there suitable institutions to manage everything? We don't wanna do ICO we just wanna add blockchain |
