I paid him btc but did not get a video he always wanted to have more money but I did not pay anymore...

He has now blocked me on discord and my money is gone.

Bad for s/he to scam you off your own money without gotten to deliver the said promotional Video for your project. Though there is nothing you can do to recover the money back. Advise; never believe anyone online for service render if an escrow service is not involve, which will be provided for the contract.

I think you should also provide TXN to prove that you've sent BTC on that user and make scam accusation to this user.

It can be your experience in buying online service on cryptocurrency and you should learn from this accident so that it won't happen again next time, as @MiguelCryptoss suggested before in this case you have to use escrow service to buy anything online from other for not to be scammed again.

BTW, how many BTC was you sent for his service? And can you show us the txhash of your transaction as proof here?

I have tried to search that username on the forum maybe he has an account here, at the end I found it  "The Modern Investor" (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2087584) but it seems he just register an account here and never use the account for any activity

I assuming that the OP want to buy a video promotion from him to promote OP's project or site which it will be uploaded on his YouTube channel

Most likely the case and basing on what we do saw on op and on the image. Buying some video promotion and that fkin scammer do simply tell about having a 100k sub youtube
channel.

The only thing i was curious about is that why op do easily believe that thing yet anyone can claim easily that they do own such channel without proofs and also in most cases
the deal will always be on sellers side. Create a promotional video first before making any payments.

That's most likely not his channel. There's a pretty popular scam going around to ICO's/STO's where users will impersonate huge youtube channels and ask for payment before making a promotional video. Don't pay these people anything upfront, and his username will usually be quite weird, with multiple typos, or letters.
