I doubt someone will waste time for filing a chargeback for $2. Take note also that the investigation process will takes several days or weeks. So in here, I believed that you don't have to worry for chargebacks if you withdraw your Paypal money to your bank account. However, if some problem occurs later on, for let's say the other party really file for a chargeback, well it's just $2 at risks for gaining knowledge and next time you now know what will happen if you did that transaction again. |
