Is there any cyber attack of them. I don't face any problem in whatsapp or instagram, but my friend told me if he can't send any picture to other. I don't know if this is cyber attack but atleast facebook said if this is not because ddos We're focused on working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but can confirm that the issue is not related to a DDoS attack.
