Title: Bitmain Antminer B7 (96x hashrate B3) - Mines ~$11 a day on Tensority/Bytom
Post by: VoskCoin on March 14, 2019, 06:46:31 PM
Bitmain previously (normally) would release their miners to rest of world / china via their website shop. Sometimes their China shop would get priority (Seems like that has happened again).

UPDATE, got the miner and created a video review on the Antminer B7 w/ real hashrate and profits

However they have yet to add this miner to their english antminer shop, and resellers will apparently have them landing shortly. ???

At current profit calculations the Bitmain Antminer B7 would yield ~$11 dollars a day after a 0.12 cent per kWh electric rate.

What are your thoughts on this / heard anything else?

Also fwiw whoever ends up buying these, I had good results w/ my B3 on uupool .. well until nvidia cards took over that algorithm lol ???

You going to buy one(or many)?  :o

I just received one as well for a friend. Purchased it from Shenzen Apexto on Alibaba.  Earnings estimates look pretty pretty close, 107 BTM after 21 hours.  Kind of expensive, and the firmware definitely needs to be updated as it has a couple bugs, but works ok.

No overclocking option, so someone with better skills than I in linux and cgminer will need to do an updated firmware to add that capability! (unless Bitmain offers it, which I doubt)

Since this doesn't show up on the Bitmain official website (english anyway), the supplier sold it for $1600.  The range is probably $1500-$1700 from suppliers.  Based on my experience with this particular supplier, I would guess that the official prices is about $1350-$1400 or so.  I base this off the fact that the Z11 was sold by Bitmain for $1250 on release, and the supplier sold it for $1450 the next day and NOW it is at ~$1650 since it sold out.

Couldnt get one from the bitmain CN site, I was talking to Gavin @ Coin Mining Central who said he could send me one to review

He has sent me two different miners to review now, but I have not personally ordered from him -- he seems like a good guy, did a video skype call etc to get some validity.

Trying to find some others who have ordered from him and had success -- last thing I want to do is rec a place and then people get scammed ???

He set me up w/ a coupon code voskcoin to save a % sitewide (5 I think)

His mark up on the B7 is basically $500, which isn't ridiculous like some other resellers perform w/ miners

CoinminingCentral is legit, I got 2 from them. It took a little over 2 weeks, there some delay in the shipment, but communication was good.

Good option if you want to pay by card.

I really did not know much about mining but I do have interest to mining as I have free electricity were I am living from the governments. I will try to contact @Gavin if you can help provide his telegram username sir. I do really appreciate this information as I have been looking for reliable information for mining.

The B7 is able to overclock and voltage control now via the Chipless Mods B7 mod files. It increases speeds as much as 70+.
