Another one :D Binance now has the monopoly in the ICO market and all others are doom to fail. But over all this is healthy and all fake ico team and project will have a hard time compete against Legit ICO that launches in binance.

It is indeed healthy, too many shady ICOs took over the crypto space for the past two years and it's a nightmare. At least now, we can rely on Binance platform, even if it's extremelly hard to participate in the token sales.

This reminds me Basic Attention,Status,Omise Go,etc... ICOs back in 2017.

Will the ICO for the Celer network be hosted by Binance exclusively? What does Celer stand for?

Yes this ICO  Project will be held exclusively using binance launchpad.

C for Celer stands for the speed of light in vacuum, and if you ask why C, the answer is that it is the initial letter of celeritas, the Latin word meaning speed.

considering that each project that comes out brings less and less profit im expect at the start of trading a maximum of 300%!!! of profit. this is good numbers for ico, but it is not 900% and 550% that we saw in the first projects.
this is nice, but over time, the price will go lower so that even those who do not have time to buy will be able to do it later at normal prices.

Interesting, but also because one new project is launching every month on Binance Launchpad platform. But that's just my point of view.

I highly doubt investors will inquire what is the meaning of the above statement. I have to admit and most of us here are not into the technology behind the project but the profit potential that comes into investing ico thru Binance launchpad.

Yes, being an investor means profits Trump everything. But you still need to have an idea where the tech could go and how long to hold.
Instant profits are cool. But we are basically seed investing and long term profits are what buys lambos in this realm.

I know that there were a lot of people who wanted to participate in the Celer ICO , but many could not buy tokens , because only 6% of the total number was allocated for sale .

the market has changed and the exchanges are also changing. im think this is a great step. for novices on the cryptocurrency market now everything will be much safer and projects will be filtered as it should.

First come first serve - i think this is a honest system. But it needs to be upgraded, there were a lot of scripts.

As far as I know, binance takes away share of tokens (5-10%).

I will wait for profit takers to get ROI and then market to settled down naturally at real prices. Binances IEO's have been very profitable for investors but not everyone can grab them. This time I didn't even try and made mind to wait for next opportunity. This will be on the footprints of previous IEO's where early buyers and late comers were right in buying.

I don't think scammers can get passed binance checks and only selected elite projects that belong to their inner circle can launch their ICO via launchpad.

10% is quite significant. If you assume that a project wants to raise $20 million, that's $2 million for Binance. It sounds like quite a bit too much for such a fee.

Yes, all exchanges have IEOs now. I am currently following Blockcloud sale on OKex. Looks promising. Regarding Celer NEtwork, I have been a supporter of the project since July 2018, I took part in their Tweet'n'Treat campaign and received an airdrop. So yes, I had a nice day. :)

Looks like celer didnt reach x5 or even x3 in its ICO price., but still a good thing that its up by 0.003 cents from ico price still a good investment compare to other ico that lose 90% of its ico price after exchange listing.

I am not sure why you say that. ICO price was 0.0067 and it's trading at 0.018 on Binance. It was trading around 0.03 some times ago also. ICOs that loses 90% of their ICO price are clearly scams.

I missed the part that there are big difference in private sale price, seed sale price and public sale price  :D

The 0.03 price was a short-live one but current price are still good despite the current market downturn today.

Exactly! The current market is still risky. 80% of projects are still scams, 10% are projects with real teams raising money but no volume at all when they launch on exchanges (SimplyBrand for example) and the rest, it's the holy grail, on Binance, Kucoin, Okex but nearly impossible to get in!!

It's a shame for projects like SimplyBrand, people will lose interest because the volumes are just not there to prove their project is viable.

Motivation
Currently, layer2.finance only has strategies with a single protocol. In order to earn higher yield, users need to manually redistribute balance to another strategy with higher yield. Although it is cheap to move money around on layer 2, but it still takes a lot of time and effort to monitor and switch strategy.

Therefore, I propose a strategy by combing multiple protocols to achieve optimal yield. It can also help save time and money for user to rebalance fund.

Proposal
The strategy needs to contain over two protocols and implement following features for its functions
aggregateCommit
When users add fund to the strategy, the strategy will commit to the protocol with higher yield
aggregateUncommit
When users withdraw fund from the strategy, the strategy will redeem fund from the protocol with lowest yield first. If the lowest yield protocol does not have enough fund, it will redeem fund from next lowest yield protocol. Repeat util all requested fund has been redeem.
harvest
The strategy will automatically harvest liquidity mining reward for all protocols.
While harvesting, the strategy will also try to automatically rebalance fund from lower yield protocols to the highest yield protocol.
