Have been running my midterm predicting market modeling oscillators for about 3 hours now (i do some stuff in Python and R)

and it clearly shows a major correction downward is on its way

Anyone else doing some stat calc here?

Haven't we been in a major correction last time? do you really think that the pump that happened lately is the expected bull run? I don't think that's really a bull and a major correction you say? how big is going to be that major correction? higher than 2018's which will lead the market to go down by more than 85%? But if ever you are correct, there's also a way to counter that situation, how? by using it as an advantage and start buying while the market is on correction again.

I would advice you direct your efforts to something more profitable there is nothing direct in market prediction it always a failed attempt and this would only create FUD and panic in the cryptocurrency world

I believe in this year , the cryptocurrency market will close the bearish trend.

I do not know what you mean by correction here if you mean reversal then it is yet to be seen because markets have been trading in ranges for many weeks perhaps months so for me clear indication of reversal will be when btc breaks above 4500 and 5000 and then finally 6500.

I suppor this believe. Gradually this bearish trend is vanishing from the crypto markets as we have seen from the last two months. Altcoins are now getting recovery, that's good sign and investors are becoming active.

Im not with you, in this case.  i thought that it's not clear where the market will go because so many experts have been doing a lot of prediction but they are all wrong about that. It should be a little correction and it will not a big correction.

There is nothing as a major correction coming to the market anymore or are you a newbie in crypto and don't know we have already experienced a major correction in the price of crypto all through the year 2018 and you still talk of major correction, do you want the price of bitcoin get to $1 or what, I think this is a FUD and should be avoided and ignored because we are not seeing anymore corrections than what we have already seen in the market, rather we are going to see a bull run in price soonest.

This is not a right way to test in real market by spreading FUDs to this community. It is likely, to make your predictions true, you are enforcing this community to sell off so that a correction will occur.

Past few days/weeks the price is testing to $4200 resistance. Until this resistance level is broken I think the correction will downward only.

Bitcoin has so far involved 4 major corrections, including when we are in now. And this correction we're experiencing right now maybe the biggest correction we've ever seen.

It just for bitcoin or for the most altcoin especially for the top 10-20? I will check it later, and I hope that I don't find anything negative with the chart. And if somehow, I see the trend was going to down, then maybe it's a correction for a while, and then after it's finished, the price will increase again. We can not get a result from the analysis. There is no indicator that can analyze the price for a long term. Perhaps fundamental analysis may be more logical, but does not look any innovation. Any expert's idea are at the same level with ours, perhaps they are in this market for a long time, but the market itself is new.

We can't say what tomorrow will bring inside this industry, the market is so wild though you are correct we already facing corrections back 2018 and with how the market behaves right now, we are trying to stand this ground, not sure if how will this corrections be move but I still believe that reversal between bear and bull is near, maybe the last fall will be followed by a huge bull to run much stronger and lift everything up.

It is ian highly volatile market but for the recent days we are getting some stable growth ehich is actually making more people to invest on the cryptos so there will be nu dumps anymore uless a whale decide to make it happen.

We have attempted to break that $4k barrier but it seems we've seen a struggle, the last time we broke it we went as far as $4200 but it doesn't have that kind of momentum so perhaps this is what the OP is stating (As far as I can understand).

But if we are talking about a rally, or at least a shift, then definitely we need to break $4500 and then $5k and see how farther it goes. So let's see how it goes, we just hope than in the next 2 months, $5k is within our reach.

I hope it will i'm able to sold my altcoins when it rally last week and waiting for the market to fall again before reentering in the market. So far market shows down trend signal specially for altcoins while bitcoin are trying to hold at the 4k$ territory.

It would be better if you could provide us a chart or a link of screenshot sing imgur so that your reader will have a basis on what you are asking. On my own opinion, these price corrections on bitcoin and other altcoins are normal or I could say that these cryptocurrencies still have the strong price resistance that they were unable to break or hold for a longer. A price correction or losses can be avoided by traders by maximizing stop loss option.

You can show a proof of what you need . I could help out , I also studied python programming.  About the major correction is not really clear. Even on slack you have to show the codes that gives you error.. An image of what you want to resolve is needed.

Look at the daily volume. It has increased significantly. The level of 3900 is very strong at the moment. The market is obviously looking healthier than ever and is ready to grow...I think very soon we will see a strong pump. Hope that it will be the start of the new bull run till the new historical price highs :)

I agree, there is a false breakthrough, I think the correction will be but not stronger than the min. this year. I expect further growth only in summer.

I think that phase correction already ended and came the flat. The main question is how long it will last and how soon the growth will begin again.

On the week chat the prices have experience bullish trend with ltc taking the leading ,bitcoin refuse to the 4250 resistance twice now. This calls  for a major pull back to a get a stable support level. This downward trend will be for a short term.once we have steady support of 3500 is reach ,bitcoin will go a major rally.

This is not something new and obviously, that us what has been happening since 2018 till date. Except you mean that a major recovery is on its way. A lot of expectations are high, most especially on my side and based on what so many experts have predicted. There will definitely be an improvement.

No one can exactly answer this kind of question. And to be honest, we really don't know that what we are having right now is the bearish period. No one can predict what will happen, they are just pure speculations of the market. Even using technical analysis, it is not a sure way of predicting things just mere guide of what's gonna happen. And most of the time, they do not happen as predicted.

We are all just into presumptions and speculations, and there is no assurance if that major corrections causing this bear season to stay for long.
Even that, I'm a little bit satisfied of how the market shows us lately and we move actually. We still don't know if there is a big surprises in the middle of this year, lets just be hopeful for that.

The correction not happen at least not this days when you start your topic and say maybe a correction will come. Better hold and wait, wait for a grow and not for correction but we can't know what will happen

Everything can be change any moment we saw some increased in the past few days but its suddenly down again and refuse to stay on $4k, personally the bearish trend are too abuse all this time.

I think a few other people who are quiet have been believing for a long time now that in fact a major correction is still pending. If you look at all the recent "bull attempts" you can see it keeps failing (1 sign by itself to show sellers are strong) and when it does break some resistance it is at extremely low volumes, which are growing smaller and smaller. Buyer strength very weak = sellers waiting to show their power.

Which other correction again from the ones we have been since January 2018? Which oscillator are you using and in what year? Looks like you are using the one of 2018 for your predictions. I don't see any other correction from the one already corrected since 2018

looking at the present price there is no correction the price is expected to pump to new heights and expected to touch 5000 dollars soon

haha, there is no way you can predict these things with some formula and some code. sorry but you have been wasting your time all this time. we are in a heavily manipulated pump and dump altcoin market and nothing can predict things when it is pump and dump-y.

all you can do is to know that there is a pump and there is a dump without any exceptions. the dump has been happening all year long and now that most small coins have been dumped properly they have started pumping again if you check the market sometime! and the bigger coins that have not yet been done dumping are still dumping or at least struggling to keep their value up.

Would you say after morethan a year long of bearish market, major correction is just to happen? The one year bearish market is not yet a major correction for you? I don"t think price may fall further bitcoin are slowly climbing to 4k$ level and finding strong support anytime if seller can't hold buying pressure price may surge quickly.  Every one are keeping alert and watch hiw crypto market move day on day.

I don't really do some stat alc for the reason that however good you are on predecting the market or the expected bullrun, it is still very hard to know what's gonna happen in crypto world because it is very unpredictable.

I dont think the market will bearish again after market cap value jumpt to $140billions. I am agree bitcoin price start to bull run and hopely can reach $6000 first and if this happen, i think market cap value will back to above $200billions again

I don't want to spread any FUD but I might have the same opinion, or at least I do not see any sign that show this Bearish market is going to an end soon. And by the since last year we are experiencing a downward correction, so it is not "on its way" but it will keep going.

However, I do believe (or at least I hope) we will see the end of this bear market at the end of this year.

Am no longer depending on market predictions because it doesn't seem to be working. I really need the market to experience some corrections and am hopeful that there will be a major correction soon.

I 100 percent agree with you on this subject. The market is seeing a great correction and becoming stable unlike in the past when the market was highly unstable. Now the entire world is accepting importance and relevance of the new innovation. Many firms and organizations have started accepting cryptocurrencies as a method of payment. Likewise some countries have also issued their own digital currency. So the way forward for cryptocurrency is bright.

There is no algorithm that will accurately analyze the crypto currency market except time. As we get people on daily bases that are using each of the cryptocurrency for one thing or the other, we will always experience the fluctuations.

There are other sides to the crypto currency which is not limited to investment alone but usage for making payments and as medium of settling financial challenges, it’s the usage that we need to put pressure on so it can then generate profit the other way round. As long as we have human factors operating in the system, no algorithm will accurately predict the market.

Maybe it's a dump of many people selling coins. The market is still very low until now after 2018 prices fell sharply. Of course, this year we have high hopes that the market will recover.

What I know and sure of is that the major correction will still come but the time it's going to be is what no one can be sure of. The ones we are having now are just predictions (guessing) and speculations.

To be frank, most of the analysis I have personally done technically and fundamental, also through other great analyst that are out there does not point towards that direction rather showing more upward trend of major coins and altcoins before the middle of the year, though we cannot completely depend on this tools because market cannot be accurately predicted irrespective of the tools out there or speculations.

We just have to hope for the best and take our mind away from the negative side of the market.

Probably global changes as a whole can seem very weighty and a similar two year correction definitely could have happened. The thing is only when we really see the reality of its ending and when the growth will begin.

I think the major corrections have occurred so far and if there be need for another correction then we're heading to more worst days than we have witnessed last year.

Certainly, there should be a slight correction next month, those who create volatility on the market today should fix profits. I am completing my trading cycle this quarter next week and am going to the stable coin. What will happen after the correction is unknown and impossible to predict.
