These have US$350 threshold and at present less than US$10 is payable in billing, so literally entire US$350 threshold is available to use and you can add a reloadable card / VCC incase you want to continue using the account after initial threshold is reached.

He gave it to me in a VPS (RDP). I created my search campaign and it went live within 24 hours, which is a good thing, most probably in an aged Adwords account, the review(s) are less stringent.
