With that being said, I'm sure you will find much more success if you transfer the money to your bank account and offer wire transfers in exchange for bitcoin, although I'm sure you have a reason (whether it be convenience or anonymity, which is to be respected) for choosing to deal with PayPal. How do you know if someone has sent via balance or via their bank? you could chargeback via bank. Also you could probably chargeback any loaded funds on an account aswell via a bank. It can be reversed from PayPal balance too (FYI) if you claim it was hacked. If PayPal balance was credited less than 120 days ago from a bank account then it can also be charged back. I believe some policies can even go up to 540 days. |
