Title: This has happened in the past!
Post by: arpon11 on March 19, 2019, 07:05:16 PM
I will not be able to show us the historical data on how the cryptocurrencies market has been behaving in the past and how the accumulation and distribution cycles has been playing out but most of the time bitcoin and altcoins do come out stronger! I will still encourage us to keep holding and wait until the condition of pricing turned around again.  If you sell now you will be regretting when bitcoin get to $50,000 or $200,000 in some years to come as it has happened before and most times we regret selling too early.
Keep holding and the future is for you!

When one sells at a lower price and experience a good growth in the price surely regret of selling it earlier. This is common, as stated historical data give a clear statement about the market. Even the present market is same as that of the past, for a long the market wasn't showing big growth and all of the sudden in unexpected time the growth peaked high reaching around $20000. Maybe the same scenario might return back with the present year as well.

Nice positivity but I believed everyone knows already that the "sun will shine on BTC again".

Disregarding technical analysis, there are some sort of "valid" points why we should believed that bitcoin will soon hit the desired price of others. It's not always about being optimistic but we have really reasons to believed on that. Even past performance can't guarantee future results, it's worth to put a shot.

Pointing to the selling action, it's fine to sold today as long as people know what they are doing. It might be part of the strategy and later on the funds will circulate again on buying another rounds.

Well then, people just have to be patience and go with the flow.

Long term speaking I agree with you, but short term speaking, hodlers have not been much of a help preaching the importance of being a hodler during uncertain times. $6000 wasn't worth dumping at people said, and we all know what happened afterwards. It could apply to the current price as well, so I would be a bit more conservative when it comes to telling people to hodl since they mostly only care about the short term picture.

What people can do is have two stashes of coins; one purely for speculative purposes, and the other for long term hodling purposes. The ratios are up to people themselves, but in my case as risk averse pussy, it's 90% hodl stash and 10% trading/speculation stash. 100% Bitcoin. I do however use Bitmex to long/short certain altcoins do they offer a decent profit making opportunity.  :)

I agree with you, the future will be for these cryptocurrencies but not necessarily that history repeats itself.
Factors that caused collapse, rise, and stability in the past are not the same factors today. A lot of things have changed since 2010 or 2015.
Also, if the currency rises in the past and conditions change, it does not necessarily mean that it will rise in the future.
The future for you but do not forget "Do not invest more than you can lose."

Yes, this happened before but still I don't get it why other people still panic every fall considering they are here for how many years and witnessed already on how the price works. Just because their expectation didn't met. You will notice that the same cycle were going to happen in the following years so no need to get panic and be patient.

The problem with some investors is they lose faith in Bitcoin. They hardly buy during these bear season or just simply when bitcoin was just few dollar cents years back. When they saw that it is already soaring high and people are talking a lot about it, they probably don't want to be left out of the trend so they start buying at a high price. Just after the height, price begins to slowly go down and they will wait and wait till the price kicks back again but sadly it did not. Now they are whining about their investments, crying like a baby.

Being optimistic isnt really bad but dont be hyped too much on the potential increase yet the reality would slap you in the face and would leave you stressful.
You cant stop people not to sell their coins even on the slightest movement as long they are benefiting or profiting then long term wont really be in their vocabulary.

That's the positivity that everyone has to have. Many have given up due to this long bear market but the most patient ones will reap all of the waiting for the past months.

The same pattern for the past years, goes on bull, takes on break through a bear market and after that goes back stronger and with higher position. Don't be discourage if there will be more FUDs on the way, they have been there since then.

Keep holding and the future is for you!
The future is for everybody that believes.

Its a cycle yes but its really hard to tell when will be the next cycle of the pump and this is why many are being impatient and panicking well I agree that its their loss and they will regret it. I wish to see that price in the next 2years. I believe that what happened in the past will happen again in the future but it will be more better, patience is a must.

I agree that the market right now has a structure based on Accumulation and Distribution, but given the circumstances it has been observed that we are in the accumulation phase supported by Wyckoff in my opinion, and the accumulation period for bitcoin, was from the year 2014 until 2017, those years lasted in the accumulation phase, now it is uncertain, you can not know how long it can last.

However, it can be rescued that market movements, although bearish in nature, have moved quickly, with the result that the best time to buy is now, and that profits will come safely over the months , years, depending on what has to last to enter the bullish phase.

According to this, if you can compare to the past, because it is usually as you say, Accumulation and Distribution, which, I add: Accumulation, Bullish Trend, Distribution, Bearish Trend and Accumulation.

~ bitcoin and altcoins do come out stronger!

are you freaking kidding me :D
each time in the past that we had the altcoin pumping season like this where every single altcoin gets big pumps, when the dumping season starts right afterwards at least 40% of the altcoins die and the remaining 60% go down and give their places to newer altcoins that will do the same thing as they did (pump and dump).

Well you can't really base your decisions entirely on what happened in the past anymore since we've also seen that trends aren't as reliable as they were before. 2018 made sure we realize that. Though it can be good for consideration, looking at past trends shouldn't be your main source.

If you are a HODLer then you can think that way and just wait for the price to spike up, but if you are a trade you are missing a lot of opportunities to gain profit from trading.

There's no point in waiting for a bull run to come, it's not feasible for us traders.

Theres a good chance it will happen again but past results don't always repeat.  The best we can do is study the past data and make an educated guess on what will happen in the future but there are no guarantees.  Bitcoin had an inflation bug that was discovered by a Bitcoin Cash developer luckily.  imagine if something like that happened again but gets exploited heavily.

Which is weird because since when do people view investments as short term things? People are always told to invest long term, the same applies to bitcoin. I think the face that bitcoin grows so fast has some people thinking if you're not making lots of money in the next few months then you shouldn't be buying bitcoin. Which is what leads people to not buy now at the bottom and instead wait two years when bitcoin is ripping up through 5 digits toward 6 digits and then throw money in. It doesn't really make sense. If you can't even keep your money in an investment for a relatively short time span like 3 years you're doing it wrong.

But i guess lots of people come to investment all wrong. My brother is telling me this is a great time to get into the stock market after a massive boost in 2017 and a decade long bull market, when most analysts see a recession coming soon as the US economy is propped up on massively increased debt spending the past couple years and is basically out of tricks to continue to spur the economy, and the negative long term consequences of those tricks are probably gonna start biting the economy and the stock market in the ass pretty soon.
Meanwhile I've got people at work every week or so asking me how much I lost in bitcoin so far, and I say nothing because I'm accumulating, not selling right now. They don't understand, they think I can only lose money simply because bitcoin crashed last year.

Anyone who isn't willing to hold for a few years shouldn't be investing in anything and first needs to learn about what investing is all about.

HODL bitcoin was the word spreading the bitcointalk forum and all the places where we can see the crypto users but after the drastic fall in coming days we are facing big problems in earning, Good ICO projects, trading volumes and many more.

I always keep the bitcoins safe and will not sell the bitcoin unless it reaches 10k USD at least. number of hodlers increased then we can find the more demand on bitcoins and price rise too.

I did not see a long-term holders that loss money in cryptocurrencies market!  We only need to look at the past and invest accordingly because those that takes the risk of investing when bitcoin was absolutely down makes money during the past bull market.  It is also very important for us to know that if we actually want to makes profits we must invest when it low and sell when it is high but been able to endure till that time is the challenge some of us had. I think you have made a good decision and if you can keep to it there is no way you will not make profits in future.

Good decision and we are the same perspective view on holding Bitcoin, there will be a big chance that the bitcoin will rise again but I can't
tell it would skyrocket dramatically. 50,000 is too much but for me, the bitcoin will rise on its former high potential again like 20,000 USD.

I do understand the enthusiasm and you being optimistic but please lessen your expectation to make it a little realistic. We are all expecting for the bitcoin to rise and let's see if it will happen!

What has happened in the past doesn't always indicate what is going to happen in the future. Let's get that out of the way.

Though, I do agree with the fact that what we see right now and the stage of the market cycle that we are in at the moment is clearly a reflection of what had happened in the most recent bear market of 2014-2015. There are very similar percentage losses from the peak, very similar timeframe, and overall market sentiments.

It's evident that we're going to see a bull market emerge sooner or later, as a matter of time. Though, I would be extremely careful with putting an exact timeframe on when this will occur because short term volatility simply cannot be predicted by the macro cycles that bitcoin goes through every 4 years or so, due to the halving. Prices could well continue to drop below previous bottoms before finally breaking out with a rally, I'm not ruling out that possibility.

Yeah usually bitcoin will come out stronger after the huge correction, and we have been in the bear market for quite sometime and the price has been stabilise for long time, I think we will have a good bull market soon, for long term bitcoin will become a good investment, for 10 years we already see how bitcoin price grow stronger

I find it remarkable that people are depressed about Bitcoin being $4K USD. I remember when BTC was $60. I remember when it was $120. I remember when it was $225. I regret ever selling any BTC I have ever owned from the $60 price point and up. HODL.

Although this is a good time to buy more bitcoin, we need to analyze before we buy because we don't want to get a trap at the higher price especially if there is a dump in the bitcoin price. We need to make sure that we buy at the lower price, so we don't have to worry if the trend is changing to go down. The price now increases and it will grow more, but we have a chance to see the price will a correction of the price before it could increase higher.

Regrets won't help us recover what we've lost, and instead of putting off stressful life because of that reasons don't give up. We still have bigger chances since Bitcoin price nowadays remained fluctuating, and cheaper price can be acquired once you purchase btc from any trading sites. For I remember those days that btc was profitably at $20k, I was given great times earning brilliant amount of money. I was even comparing it from my job income which cannot be achieved even though working so hard 24 hours a day.

Must be a nice advice and I don’t doubt the fact that Bitcoin can get to that $200,000 but patience is the key, human being generally has problem with patience and they don’t face reality, yes bitcoin will surely reach that value in the long run which is for sure but the reality is that, it will take a long time.

So, any investor coming into the system now should better do and have it in mind that the purpose of such investment is for a long term investment, usually I do advice people to go into trading too before that time, they can still be using their investment to trade and still making it on a daily basis which will help them ease the tension on Long-term investment.

He is just lazy to provide some pictures about historical bitcoin price movement, I dont blame him, who wants to check that can open google and start from there. Many sites can provide that sort of informations, bitcoin price is higher than in 2011 and 2015, one year before halvings, exactly where are we now, one year before halving. I encourage people around me to hold and to invest more if they can, if they have some time and some skills to try to earn it somehow.

i agree on your statement above mate. Because i have doubts also that there's a possibilities of good run in the future base on what is happening in the market nowadays. I don't know man what happened in the past doesn't really have to happen in the future. Don't get me wrong I am a firm believer that bitcoin will go up but saying it will go up to $200k is not really that realistic and could be a big wrong prediction.

I am not against anyone selling their bitcoin, if you sell bitcoin and keep your money still on coinbase/binance whatever exchange you use, and than rebuy at a level you are more comfortable with than there is absolutely no reason for you to not sell. If you do not like $4k but like $5k and think that $4k is risky but if it goes to 5k it will go further higher than sell at $4k and buy at 5k and wait for it to go up, its all fine.

People should be feeling comfortable with the way they do business on bitcoin, sell whenever buy whenever because that is the biggest difference with banks.

each time in the past that we had the altcoin pumping season like this where every single altcoin gets big pumps, when the dumping season starts right afterwards at least 40% of the altcoins die and the remaining 60% go down and give their places to newer altcoins that will do the same thing as they did (pump and dump).
That happens because people don’t trade with caution and usually market gives lots of signs when it is about to dump, irrespective of the altcoins we are holding at that moment whether new or old, it will surely gain more strength when BTC rises, yes I know dumping do occur but will not completely make a strong project die, because what most people that dump usually do, is to take the profit and still leave the initial capital, in which the that capital will still experience substantial increase in price every time bitcoin pumps in price, most of the altcoins that has died are all shitcoins without a reputable real application based product.

Thank you for pointing out all this remarkable time and prices and it is truth that bitcoin has passed through this same way in the past.  I don't think that for those that buy bitcoin when it was $60 and are holding up till now will start to complain that bitcoin or their investments is performing badly!  Most people did not know the right time to buy bitcoin and that is why they are losing in bitcoin investments and trading.  In future this same pattern are going to play out again and those that are smart enough to buy at the bottom and sell at the top are the one making money from this cryptocurrencies market.

Keep holding and do something else outside crypto maybe good. But if you have trading skill, trade it with a little amount of capital can be good thing to do. beside you spend time for waiting, you can earn a little profit too if you can take profit from trading.

I will still encourage us to keep holding and wait until the condition of pricing turned around again.  If you sell now you will be regretting when bitcoin get to $50,000 or $200,000 in some years to come as it has happened before and most times we regret selling too early.
Keep holding and the future is for you!
Perfect.
In the future, bitcoin price will be raised up till more than 23,500 USD.
For future, wait.

I find it remarkable that people are depressed about Bitcoin being $4K USD. I remember when BTC was $60. I remember when it was $120. I remember when it was $225. I regret ever selling any BTC I have ever owned from the $60 price point and up. HODL.
I also regret not buying bitcoin January 2011 when I was introduced to bitcoin at the price that is very insignificant, this has not stopped torturing me too, till now, I still wallow in regrets how I would have been probably a billionaire by now because the money I should have used for investment then ended up on a wine bar with a broken bottle.

Well, I have moved forward and Holding the little I can hold till 1 satoshi becomes  $10, at least I have about 20,000,000 satoshi and I hope that 1 day, 1 satoshi will equal $10, I know it sounds funny but till then, HODL to the moon, no more mistakes, time to faith it and hold strong.

Of course, there's always that big possibility that bitcoin will have it's another day in the sun so to speak. So if you accumulate at 2018-2019, then you should hold on it and wait till the price goes to the moon again.

Some are saying that a lot of similarities in the 2014-2015 graph with 2018-2019 of today. And we all know what happens next in the previous years as bitcoin grows massively and peaked at $20k. The only question is how big is the next bull-run so we better hold and look fo long term.

According to some predictions. Bitcoin will go up to $7000 to $8000 and I remembered that history before. Definitely, if you are going to sell your bitcoin now, we will regret our actions. Bitcoin will go to the moon, soon. It is just the market is still experiencing bear for the longest time.

Till now patient investors in the cryptocurrency industry have been rewarded.
I don't want to see this trend be reversed from now on because many people will lose many money in this industry. I hope that there will be more funds added in the market in the future.
of course hoping for that, the future will be more funds if we continue to prove to the world that the growth of bitcoin is increasing over time. introducing other crypto products that are directly connected with large development companies and bitcoin can legalized in the world will automatically increase funds in the future

if you check out some of the market statistics you can clearly see that the volume is still pretty high which shows that a lot of people are  currently buying bitcoin,
the only reason price is not yet shooting up is because all those people don't want to pay any more than $4k so whenvever price goes higher they stop buying and wait for it to come back down to continue buying cheap coins again.

I know exactly what pattern you are talking about and I have that same feeling, that it will be repeated. The price was going down for some period than it started to rise again and looking that same pattern it should be logical to touch bigger ATH in some next bull run. We can not know but we can believe and stick to our decision of holding and waiting for that moment. Fifty, two hundred thousand or some other price is speculative subject, I wouldn't mind if it touches twenty thousand again as its pick.

If we say it happened in the past, we should be referring to the trend, and honestly, though I did not see the exact movement but it's pretty similar.
Bitcoin has it's up and down but it has made us profitable during the uptrend, and therefore we should also trust it when it's down, being down is just part of the price movement, this not not a permanent negative impact, but just part of it's movement.

BTC has its bear and bull time, we all sell at bull to be profitable and that will not happen fast, so continue to have faith and wait until it come.

Market is really good now for accumulation, we should be aggressive now as bitcoin will most likely to go up than down, price already bottomed.

yeah keep holding is a good idea just to prevent regrets and definitely a good strategy also just to reduce risk situation. Selling at very low price is a big mistake and it can cause losses. so lets be patient instead and keep believing there still good income in the future despite of the situation. Market is not yet dead so there still a chance.  Patience is a virtue. so lets take a break sometimes on it to refresh our mindset.maybe a good idea. Lmao

That still prediction but the fact is we still seeing bitcoin price is at $3900-$4000 in many times. So it's better to hold the bitcoin while we could buy more bitcoin at this price so we will have a chance to sell at a higher price. For people who join in cryptocurrency at 2018, this situations will be the longest time to see the bear market, but for people who join in cryptocurrency before 2018, I think they can stay calm because they believe that bitcoin price will increase later.

Why did you think that bitcoin grew and become bullish till it reach $50,000 and $200,000 is a false hope?  I don't think it is a false hope because bitcoin is going to be traded above $500,000 one day.  Investing into cryptocurrencies now that things are going to change in directions and before 2030 we are going to have a great price that the $50,000 and $200,000 will become child play to what is going to happen in future.  Don't think that there is a limit were bitcoin can go and it is important that we understand that the future of cryptocurrencies market is very bright and if we really want to makes money in future now should be the time to buy and hold for the next ten to fifteen years.

you're right if someone sells bitcoin will now regret that the long term is better if investing in bitcoin, they will lose the opportunity next year. by the way experience also says that regret always comes late and it can't be repeated

If he doesn't sell again. But what if he buys back in a lower price?
I have done this strategy many times and it has proven right. However, it is very risky and stressful and I was close to lose my money from doing that because I don't have much experience.

Our decisions to always sell at low price is what is giving the whales edge over us, even if they have all the funds in the whole world to buy the market, provided they don’t get any holdlers that will panic sell, they are only wasting their time and cannot buy more than what is left from the supply and at current price too.

We really need to keep holding our coins and give other interested investors’chances to buy from the ones left in the general market for supply. If we can force them to buy without having to get from a seller that panic sell, most altcoins will keep gaining a very good price for as long the market continues to exist.

Very correct words. Especially now - when the Bitcoin market is practically at rest, now the best that large coin owners can do is to calmly wait for developments, not to panic and in no case sell their coins at this price. In a few years, all those who save their coins will be extremely happy about it.

If you compare the price of Bitcoin we can see then over ten years there has been a positive trend in the growth of the price of and it will grow all the time with a decrease in blocks and an increase in mining costs. The upward trend in the price of Bitcoin, although with minor kickbacks, will continue because according to statistics a significant part of the TOP"s coins is in the accumulation. And only a small part of its is in motion and traded.

the problem and consequently the risk of selling bitcoin to buy back again in the dip is always about timing. otherwise it has always been a wise choice to sell bitcoin as long as you are doing it at the right time. for example when we were at the top of the peak, or when the support was broken and price showed a great potential of big drop,... at these times you must have sold. but similarly when the drop is over, when we are at or close to the bottom, ... selling would be the stupidest idea.
that is why you sometimes feel the stress, it is because you have bad timing.

This is not a bad idea but it is mostly common with traders for day trade and long term trading but for long time trading it quite risky because it is a market you cannot really predict if it will ever fall or rise except you are following your technical analysis strictly and not only technical but FA too.

If I get you right, if the time you sold was high and you expect to buy back at dip, what if price never falls again, one will eventually be sad, I actually did something of such too yesterday, I sold part of my bitcoin in the morning when it was $4054 which I was so sure it will go back to $3950 or $4030 it has been shuffling, to my greatest surprise, it went close to almost $4100 by evening which I regret not selling at that price.

It's not the difficulty, anyone can buy BTC at the current price.
People can use BTC as a mode of payment where they can just convert to fiat after, and that will drive the adoption, which means an increase of demand.
Also, it would increase more the demand of BTC as investors will come and play once they see it's being used and adopted well.

I'm certain he refers to Bitcoin becoming harder to buy into as whole 1BTC unit for the average person, which is true. Sure, one could say that you don't have to buy a whole Bitcoin, but people will chase after the highest possible achievement, and that's to actually own that whole Bitcoin.

I usually don't recommend people to buy x amount worth of something, but that whole Bitcoin unit is super tempting for people, so go for it if you have the funds freely available and you for sure know that you won't be needing it in the forthcoming years. If you don't have a hardware wallet already, buy one and store it safely and be part of the elite one day.  :)

Perhaps one of the most insightful play for crypto hodlings, as much as we care about the full potential of cryptocurrency - utility, there are short and mid term needs that need to be satisfied. For example, even in the real world, I don't plan on throwing my entire savings in a stock or real estate on the premise that a decade later, things will be a lot rosier.

Because it is the only thing we can do.  We cannot compare the future since it is yet to happen.  And the recent event is just happening and you cannot compare one self to itself.  Looking back at the history or past make us learn something and diversify things to survive in the coming days.  This is called adaption.  We learned to adapt by learning things that happen our way.  And we learn it through looking at this experience or data that is written at the past.

I do not know if we will ever see the price reach $50,000 to $200,000, but I believe that buying now and Hold is a good idea because the price may increase a lot in the next years

It is always good to be optimistic it gives hope.  I am with you in this, since I believe, Bitcoin with its finite supply, halving rewards and people adopting cryptocurrency, there will be more demand with less supply in the coming year thus making Bitcoin price to go up.

I do not think that should matter, after all you can have satoshis as well, I have never purchased a whole bitcoin in my life, even when bitcoin was low in price (like 150 dollars) I was buying like quarter of it (or 0.25 btc) because the higher the price of bitcoin became the more interest we started to show.

Even us people who have been around for years didn't really expected this much attention towards bitcoin, we knew it would become big one day but we thought it would be mostly a "digital coin for tech people" and not this global goliath it became.

So, you do not need to buy a whole bitcoin in order to be part of this, you can just invest 10 dollars if you want, my first ever bitcoin was valued at 17 or 18 dollars if I am not wrong and it was just couple thousand satoshi if I am not wrong, from there on I have probably earned and spend tens of bitcoins in my life.

It maybe we can have that if we turn back its price 10years ago, it for sure many can afford to by BTC as a whole. But considering the price now, it is something difficult and only have that huge pocket will can afford to have it. Nobody were expecting this to happen, cause if we have that some insights it surely people will pushing themselves in here and investing a lot of bitcoins.

Many of those who assume that the past of a cryptocurrency will surely affect its present should use themselves first as an example, they should pick a particular date in past and see the investment that was done then by them and compare it to the investment that was done by them now, is it the same number of fund they put in some years back, same as what they put it again.

We even have some people that has never invested in bitcoin since the last pump and still have their money in it, so if we say past will repeat, then they should have been doing the same thing they have done in the past like a BOT you said.

Yes you are correct, we have seen major dump in the price of crypto in the past years and a lot of persons said bitcoin is going to crash then but we have seen 10 years now in the crypto span and crypto is still alive and kicking with no one or government being able to stop it but rather buying the idea to create their own platform, since we know that if you can't beat them, you join them. I think users are panicking because most of them are newbies and don't really have the past history of crypto.

There is still a possibility for the market to grow with prices that continue to rise high, remain in positive thinking and do not sell too early because bitcoin still has hope.
And we are here because we have decided to follow this possibility. Indeed, it is very difficult to give an opinion about what the outcome will be, but those who took risk were able to gain.

According to some predictions. Bitcoin will go up to $7000 to $8000 and I remembered that history before. Definitely, if you are going to sell your bitcoin now, we will regret our actions. Bitcoin will go to the moon, soon. It is just the market is still experiencing bear for the longest time.
Yeah, it is not possible bitcoin will hit again the value of $7000 to $8000, and no one ever knows when it will happen but we just need to be patient. The market is not improving at the moment maybe because there is some crisis that we didn't exactly know but hopefully this year it will give us hope and recover again.

The past is different from today's situation. People already learned their lessons and some considered pulling-out their investments. But with the decrease of investors come a new pool of people who are interested and willing to take the risk of either investing short/long-term.

The past has taught us to avoid implusively purchasing bitcoins without doing any research on its history and reason for its increase. For the time being, HODL may be the suggested strategy.

This may be possible if BAKKT platform would be implemented this year. This will without a doubt, attract investors from all over the place! Unfortunately, they have no specific launch date but this is the opportunity to acquire more bitcoins and take advantage of time being the key for profit.

Bitcoin still has the opportunity to grow, and with the conditions of low prices, the best is to hold on to the long term, and at that time our wallet will be filled with profits.

I think right now, some of us were happy because finally, bitcoin price can grow higher. Although the price now is down again, it will be no problem for them because of the price still higher than yesterday. I am sure that many of us still have their bitcoin ready to sell at more than $5000 and it will increase soon.

The price has been going up all day and now it is above 4700 dollars, I do not know if this is the beginning of sustainable growth or if the price will crash during the next days but what I do know is that this is a sign that the bulls are finally bringing some sort of equilibrium to the market and that the bears will not do as they please anymore so a recovery in the price of bitcoin is likely to occur during the next months even if the current movement in the market collapses.

It would have been nice if you can provide the evidence you are referring to in the past so that one can believe what you are trying to say here. But nevertheless, as a long term  investor  buying is my priority this year  2019 and not selling or taking profit, and I hope your prediction come to fulfilment in time to come.

Of course everyone will be happy after all sorts of struggles, we now see bitcoin starts to show good signs of positiveness. Because strong dedication and perseverance bitcoin's journey became so colorful. One of these days there might be a brilliant surprises to come, and let's give more gratitude to those bigger whales who contributes ot bitcoin's price stability at $4k since then. Without them we can't sustain longer on bitcoin's volatility.

Bitcoin that is speculated to reach $8000 by the end of this year cannot really do better than it is already doing now, I think right now, the market is beginning to perform very well, we are just in the 2nd quarter of the year, there has been a significant increase in bitcoin and these increase could only be a sign of the market’s recovery.

If the next few weeks will be far greater than this and that will be the major stepping stone into the future of any of the prices we must have predicted for it to be by the end of this year, so with all hands on deck and investment going on freshly, bitcoin is certainly recovering and will fully recover soon.

I am personally extremely happy about this development and I am happy to have been a part of it.

For now I am not even worried about the price it went down to because, I never expected it to really gain that huge cap with few hours, I learnt that the general marketcap grew by almost $20 billion dollars and I don’t see anything that will make it leave the market anytime soon.

Let us wait and see what next week will hold for us and I wish we can be experiencing such growth on a weekly basis, if such happens, the end of the year will really be a good time for the harvest and by then, I think many new investors would have also come in to prepare for the next year bull run.

The point is to have patience and not rush to sell. You're right, history is repeated. I've sold many times and then i regretted it.
As with Litecoins now. The price for a few weeks has multiplied. The golden rule to hold long pays off.

It will be nice if you can support your point with evidence of what your claims are so that one will believe your submission. I will keep holding and I need no one to advise me on that note.
It will take like more than a decade for the market value of Bitcoin to reach your speculation of $50,000 in my opinion.

I don`t think that bitcoin will need more than a decade to reach 50k, I believe that we will see that price in next 3 years, maximum. Mark my words. before the end of 2022 we will have that price, little over or under it`s not matter, but we will be there. You don`t need some hard evidence for what op is talking, everything has some cycles, you need to catch good rides to up and get out before ride down, it`s what trading actually is. Take a look how price moved since 2010 until now, go from month to month and you will understand it, do the work by yourself.

Many cryptonians are willing to hold the problem is their capacity because we must admit that many people here are using this community as bread and butter meaning resources to live and if they don't sell early then the family will strive to hunger so they have no choice but to sell out even sometimes in losing occasions

Well no one needs to have another one believe his speculations dude. To each his own. I doubt if these people putting in huge numbers actually believe their own predictiond anyway. Anyone can make their own bet here and it doesn't matter what your bases are.

The more reason why they need to go into trading, there is one lesson an older person to me taught me, he said when it comes to income, the moment you get any income, divide it into 3, one part should solve your debt, second part to take care of the present need and the last part should be a savings for the future, the savings is what you may never touch except it is a matter of life and death.

That is why an expert investor will always advise every salary earner or low income earner to put in what they can afford to save for a very long time and not the money needed to take care of the present need. You can gamble with the present need money by going into trading, that one is a sure way of generating income daily provided you know what you are doing.

It is possible that the historical events regarding Bitcoin would happen again in the present, as long as the factors and players are still the same or more; factors such as the halving that would happen in the later months that could be the catalyst for the price development of Bitcoin and an increase in number of players and supporters of the currency: investors and traders of Bitcoin, that would bring a great impact on what would be the standing of Bitcoin in the future.

Not everyone is selling; most of bitcoiners are simply following how Mr.Satoshi is doing like myself! :D. When you do believe into the future of bitcoins then you will never look for cashing out it too early but you will wait for decades to get all the fruits of your patience. Halving is a scheduled trigger and it definitely bring lots of magic in upcoming months but people who rush and treat bitcoins just another investment opportunity may regret for their action of net being patience enough.

factors such as the halving that would happen in the later months that could be the catalyst for the price development of Bitcoin and an increase in number of players and supporters of the currency: investors and traders of Bitcoin
Those catalysts are interlinked or cyclic-dependent. It means halving will trigger new ATH and new prices will attract new adopters and these new bitcoiners will take bitcoins into new ATH and in-between another halving will occur. This is the reason one bullion dollars level too possible for bitcoins by end of this decade.
