I am desperately trying to claim my 25$ worth of XLM Coin and I had to switch to Mozilla Firefox from google chrome to even get it to continue to using my webcam and when I took picture of my face in the outlined area it then proceeded to where I needed to take a picture of my I.D. using my webcam which shows the I.D. Card in a Mirror Image for some messed up reason meaning the words are literally flipped around and I checked it out on my computer it is not my webcam set to mirrored image so it is something wrong on there side of things.


  The problem is they state "We can not tell you specifically what is wrong with" the information I sent and it seems like everyone is cashing in on the XLM Coin but Me and yet I still got tooken for my I.D. what the heck. I apologize if I am post this in the wrong sub-forum as I am new here but I am desperately in need of help to figure out why my I.D. Verification is not working. Does everyone else have a mirrored image when uploading the picture of your I.D. on Blockchain for 25$ XLM Coin Free giveaway like is this normal and it's not being accepted for some other different reason this such a pain in the ass.

If the image you are taking goes on mirror mode then there's something wrong with the mode in which you have to set and change on the webcam's settings. I didn't do that KYC program for that airdrop.

But is there an option that you can just upload a file for the image you are trying to capture while the webcam is on? it will make things easier for you if your image keeps on going on mirror mode.

Try to use the blockchain application on mobile, because I also use it and it proves to be easier than verification via PC

there is no other way than to take pictures directly using a webcam

How long did it last for you to get a verified gold status? I am waiting for a at least a week now, its still showing "in review" ..

I ve used the blockchain app, too. Was very easy and straight forward.

Ow okay, @OP try the option suggested by LARA by installing the blockchain.com's application to make it easier for you.

I have used it before and it's convenient although through the KYC process as I've said, I didn't do and partake this airdrop that they made through XLM.

I wish you'd pissed for the airdrop or the bounty for half of what you're struggling for this airdrop. I'm sure you would have something more valuable in the future, if not for today.

Where can I safely download this Cell Phone Android App so I don't get screwed over by a phishing website or something? As the clock for claiming my XLM Coin is tick-tocking away and I am going to loose out on the give away and to say the least that will make me extremely angry lol.

I just tried to install it and it says that my device is not capable of running this app but I had it installed on my Cell Phone before when I went to a Bitcoin ATM one time with it, Why can't I use it what it going wrong?

You get this error on google play? What android has your phone? And what model of phone you use? You try update your phone software? If you want i can download it and extract and upload apk on website and try install from there, but i can't be 100% sure will work

2 weeks ago I was able to verify but until now I can't get free

As far as I know it takes more than 1 month minimum for now. I have seen people claiming that they got after two months even. You know it's a $25 free money and a lot of people are claiming the prize although I didn't. Because of lots of application, it takes quite a long time to be verified because the queue is long.
However, why did you do that? Does your identity only worth $25 to you? What if your identity being compromised?

  My Cell Phone is a Samsung and beyond that and it being an Android O.S. I don't know anything about it. What is the best app or thing I should search for in the Google Play Store in order to make sure my phone software is up to date as I tried to check for something like that and had no luck but I can't believe this is happening to me it seems everything I DO in life just always backfires or its one thing after another and another.

I did not apply for airdrop. But, are you sure you sent pictures as desired?

Yes, if we consider that the PC does not have a qualified camera, the phone could be a better choice.

Besides the picture being mirrored which my Webcam is not set to do than yes I am sure I sent the pictures as required.

I bet they already have your informations (private details i.e KYC) but just looking for an exuse not to give you those $25 xlm just the same trick they'll use on others to get free ID's which will be worth millions when they sell to third parties in need of it. I'm actually against the way they turned the airdrop from free to requiring kyc. This way they'll have identify of all their customers and you can't use their service anonymously anymore.

I agree that $ 25 is a very good figure, but is it worth it to you? It's been a long time since I stopped dealing. They can take their XLM themselves...

I don't understand could you not just make a new account and then exchange Bitcoins through the one you did not give them the I.D. for it with?

Well it's too late for Me anyways I would like to get the 25$ since like you said it's probably correct as they clearly don't give a flippin flyin salad crouton about helping me or anyone figure out any problems with sending the I.D. like this but it's been done and I would LIKE my 25$ out of it so can anyone explain why my Webcam shows the image not mirrored and perfectly when using the webcam logitech software. It is a mirrored image on the Mozilla Firefox Web Browser which I was forced to switch from Google Chrome to Mozilla Firefox since it won't even let me load the page meant for the Webcam use for some fucked up reason I am desperately trying to figure this out before they cancel the giveaways and it's all claimed except for me and they still get away with having my damn I.D. photographed information and all.

I am having same issue in claiming my free $25 too, I uploaded my ID card so many times but they always reject it within minutes so I decided not the bother myself anymore in trying to get the money because I don't like any platform trying to stress me just for $25 and especially giving out my personal details, I don't think I will ever claim the coin anymore. Just keep trying and I am sure you are going to get it right.

I've been trying to get these free XLMs for months. But then I realized it wasn't worth the effort. There are much better deals on this forum. I don't need them anymore!

I believe it is not normal to wait so much for payment. Perhaps you should try to talk with the bounty admin.

The duration of verification process is different for each person, I tried to verify my account since January and the status are still "in review" until now, couple of my friends are getting verified in just couple days or even couple hours. I don't know how to advance the process but i believe there's should be a way.
