I have seen today morning this huge pump in my account, I have nothing transfer and none of transfer in my account. Why this is showing ??

If you're talking about the Graph, most likely it's a bug or a problem with sync. All you need to do is refresh the page.

To help you, I checked your Eth address. In the image you provided, you were referring to March 19, so this is how it looks when I checked:


And I checked today's too, and it's totally synced well (balance in the graph is the same as the Balances listed below):



Personally, I wouldn't bother too much about the graph (well, I rarely use ethplorer too). I'd worry more if there's any suspicious changes in the balance itself or transactions made without me knowing.

No he can't it's just a system price bug resulting from a miscalculation of the pricing setting bot. even if he wanted to sell those coins they won't cost that much on the supposed exchanges so there's no need trying to sell. Next time you see such miscalculation, try using other ethereum Blockchain explorers like etherscan to view your account or wait for some few mins/hours for the system to reset and show correct figures.

Very well explained by jhenfelipe, your actual balance is showing the true reading while the graph may be due to some bug so it is normal .

oh I see, I ever get like that to, in my case it just a bug. First time when I open it just WOW suddenly my balance high up. But when check the coin none altcoin make the balance high up. Tomorrow the balance back to normal

Got such a bug once in blockfolio. Some prices were increased as hundredfold, I almost got a shock lookingat my portfolio balance ;).

This is really a bug issue, next just try and use other ether explorer to check you balance and if same balance show up, scan throw the altcoins in your wallet to check if there is any altcoins pumping and if you see one, just dump immediately to cast out in btc or eth, when the coin/token dip back you can then buy more.

For me, etherscan is the best explorer that I use .

This is not you MEW wallet,this is just ether explorer showing wrong balance due to incorrect sync.

No need to get excited for this,because the real value you should found at the bottom.You really need to check the transaction history if you found anything big change on the value.

If you are using some portfolio app sometime the balance there are exaggerated. The value of the tokens were always wrong and not accurate. Maybe this is just a glitch, you can verify anyway on exchanges if the balance value is correct.

On the other note: Nice try posting the image but it wouldnt show maybe due to youre rank. But it's nice to know you already know this so when you get promoted you dont need to ask how.

yes I also experienced a similar thing at that time I was very surprised and thought if I had become a rich person but after I checked it turned out it was just a bug and returned to normal after a while

It's better not to be bothered as the right information will showed back to normal after, what is important is you didn't lose anything or there's no transactions that was made without your approval, like what everyone was saying some bugs from MEW and it will be turning back to normal again.

I have encountered wrong pricing a couple of times as well. This is just miscalculation, so don’t bother too much. If you have doubt, always counter check the prices in exchanges or coinmarketcap.

The price that's being displayed is calculated by a centralized service that obviously has its bugs. Doesn't matter what the bug is, clear the cache and refresh the page and if they've fixed it on their end you'll see your real balance - if not, try again tomorrow.

It seems that it is a normal and often happening thing. I still experience things like that. I have a coin and I see the coin price increases. But I check directly on the market, of course the price is still low. It's just an ordinary problem. If you first experience, surely you will be surprised.

Bug or not it still make you nervous right? That it is true and you are excited? To be sure, just check it out for yourself, maybe it is true and you could it. You know just to ease up your mind and leave no worries behind.. I am sure you won't be able to sleep well if you'd miss it, worst is, it is true.

It is a bug or a wrong price. Last year I saw that I had million dollars in deltabalance, but of course it was all wrong: D In such cases, it is worth checking exchanges.

The last time I saw this happened in my account was last 2017 and the market was pumped til the year end of 2017. But that will just be filling up your hopes.
It would be so fucking crazy to have $300+ in your account when you have nothing inside in your wallet. If you have just some few coins in that wallet, maybe it could be something of a future profit.  ;D

Maybe due to an error, a bot on the floor has created a rapid increase in the effect of the ethplorer chart that has not been updated at the present time, leading to that.

I think you should be happy that you are getting a lot of balance in your MEW account why a lot of persons are seeing their money being lost to scammers.

Maybe you have participated in a lot for bounties and you have been rewarded with some coins in time past that had no value but now has value which is reflecting in your wallet, I don't have a better explanation to give about this because I am making use of MEW also and I have never had this kind of experience before, I just wish I have one right now, lol.

You have that feeling that you really don't have that balance and you're shock to see too much with your wallets balance. You know the reality that you can't have that amount if your balance is just around $350.

This is a display error. I had a similar situation and everything fell into place a few days later. It is seen when the server is updated this happens.

Sometime ethplorer have bug with total value of your wallet, it totally error. Be better if you check again on the market to know the truth.

You're right because the price showing on the picture posted by the OP was not intact with the current price and amount of coin provided by the price setting bot was not corresponded to the OP holding base on what he said.

Etherscan has new features. It is on its way to becoming a more useful platform. I think it would be nice to get a command in Ethereum transaction.

You probably got airdropped some token or bounty rewards you were part of in the past. Or your tokens exploded in price recently Or was just a glitch that will eventually go away .

Just like everyone is saying its a glitch .  same thing happend to me last year where one token called pos  have pump unexpectedly after looking my portfolio on the etherplorer website .  i then transfer my pos to etherdelta but the worst thing start to happen , i cant sell them at a high price  .  it was just wtf ,    

Lesson learned , dont trust easily on what you see on your balance  .make sure to confirm it first online or on other markets if the coin really have pumped or not  .

it's probably just a mistake. if you do not have coins that have risen in price in the coming hours and have fallen then this is just a mistake

Everytime this bug happens the best thing to do is to check that coin you hold that has a big value and check its value on coinmarketcap.com to be sure if you balance is correct.

I see you have just 4 usd in eth, may be this was a bug which is no more now. Always check with other explorers when in doubt.

I also think that this is a temporary technical problem) And if not, I would be very happy at the place of the author
