Only I am suspecting that OP begging merit indirectly. I do t see any point to distribute 1 between 10 people's and OP looking for good poster. Strange ! Who need $0.01 from you. A good poster really encourage to get $0.01 from you? And you are looking for escrow for that fund? Are you joking.

However, I don't think OP have good intentions behind that giveaway. Something is wrong.

OP if you really want to spend your $10 amongst the community then you can go for newbies if you don't have any intentions of getting any Smerits from the users. I hope you know that it isn't entertained on this forum and you can can be red painted for merit begging! There's not strong evidence about the same so for now, you might be safe!

Delete/lock the thread immediately if you have any intentions of merit begging. Try to earn some merits instead of just begging them.

Reading the title itself gives us some hint! There also are some newbies with good posts but they don't have any Smerits so it won't be of any help to the OP. Jr+ may have Smerits so OP is just going for them.

No need for an escrow on the small amount just trust your self and look into the post history of who ever that is interested and contact the poster that win your price and send the found, and you should also know that this is not the right section to post this since payment is not going to be made in bitcoin.
