Sleep well at night and wake up 4am in the morning so your mind is fresh. Then review the exam and make sure every details will cross your studying for better result. this is what i do when i am still studying. After you take a rest, you can continue studying, and I think you will have a fresh mind to learn another lesson. Or you can do something else after you study for 2 hours because that will also help you have a fresh mind.
