Title: kilo17 (Dr. K), a green-trust member, is now scamming people.
Post by: StackGambler on March 24, 2019, 04:55:26 AM
I had made a post regarding Dr. K before, but it seems the moderators removed it due to me taking his full name. I have removed all instances of Dr. K's real name, and will only refer to him as kilo17 or Dr. K as those are his online names. If a moderator wishes for the full evidence, I have an entire report prepared with screenshots, archives and other evidence (a lot of which has personal details), which I can't post here, but am happy to provide via PM (to a forum mod upon request).

This user, kilo17, has green trust, but is now working as the partner of scammer crashingcrypto (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2373201)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dr. [NAME REDACTED], an old fraud, resurfaces as the SCAMMER behind CrashDoge.

On the 8th of March, I made this topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5118237.0) explaining how CrashDoge scammed me of 4,000,000 Dogecoins. My evidence was appraised by the community, and "crashingcrypto", the user account behind the scam sites, was red-tagged. His immature and childish responses further fuelled his downward spiral. Moreover, it later came to light that not only did the owner not have a valid gaming license (which makes his entire operation illegal), he is also an old scammer from 2013.

Keep in mind that there are two owners of CrashDoge: one is HERPES/FeelTheBurn/crashingcrypto, the person handling the scam, and the other is "[NAME REDACTED]", the alleged bankroller.

Here is part of a screenshot between the two owners, where they are discussing how to move further after they scammed me. In the screenshot, you can see that the other owner's name is [NAME REDACTED]. [screenshot redacted] (https://gyazo.com/5696ffa374a40bb6369046e8f569920a)

I've been in contact with the Interpol, the FBI, and the McDonough Police Department regarding the entire scam that HERPES has pulled. His identity is not expressedly public, which is why, in order to adhere to forum rules, I won't post his name. However, his co-owner/bankroller is very proud of his name being out there, as you can see from the evidence below.

Some of my father's contacts in law enforcement allowed me to get more information on HERPES and to track his whereabouts. On HERPES' Discord group, he posted that he was going to visit the co-owner, so via cell tower tracking, we were able to triangulate a location, which happened to be Thompson Station, TN. From there, it was merely a matter of researching the [NAME REDACTED]s in the area. There can't be that many Dr. [NAME REDACTED]s in Thompson Station, can there?

We found a few matches, but here's where the nail in the coffin comes. As you know, only about 0.8% of the world's population has interacted with crypto. So we're looking for a Dr. [NAME REDACTED] that is heavily invested in cryptocurrencies and is bankrolling a fraudulent site... Hm...

Long story short, a bit of online research shows that Dr. [NAME REDACTED] is part of the team that created the BitStone ICO.

This person is a rich doctor who's been heavily involved with crypto as well as crypto scams for several years. He's partnered up with yet another person who's been involved in crypto scams for a few years, and they're out to scam the community. Luckily, they messed with the wrong person, and I'll be preparing action against both Keith as well as B**** shortly to make sure they never even think about scamming innocent victims ever again.

Dr. [NAME REDACTED], if you are reading this:

You are the co-owner of a fraudulent website that has scammed me and three others. All I know is that you bankroll the site and that you agreed to the scam, but I have never spoken to you directly. The face of the operation is HERPES/crashingcrypto. If you're reading this, please contact me via bitcointalk PM, email, or Discord if you want to refund the victims and resolve this, which is obviously the best course of action. You'd be able to show the community that you're not what we think you are, and this can come to an end. If you choose the other path, then you'll find that you've made the wrong mistake. Evil never goes unpunished. God is watching, and I am too. I'm not sure which one you should be more afraid of.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Edit 1: It's also likely that another scammer related to BitStone, MasterTrader777 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=423115) might be an associate or alt of Dr. K. They both are in extremely good standing with OgNasty and prefer him as their number one escrow, they both deal in precious gems, they are both related to BitStone, they both claim to be in the crypto space since 2011, they both have a good command of the English language, and more damning, they both use the same odd/erratic capitalisation for words in the middle of sentences. Nothing conclusive, but interesting to consider.

You can black out the personal information and post everything here. I fail to see how kilo17 is connected to Crashingcrypto (merely looking at your post), so more additional info would be nice.

Sure.

Here is the screenshot crashingcrypto/HERPES sent to me, where he was talking with the "co-owner" (ie. the bankroller). https://imgur.com/a/h0OIwQK
His name is K****. He has been involved in crypto since 2011, and is rich. HERPES has also disclosed that the co-owner is a doctor. He has shared some listings online which I cannot post here (such as car listings from a Dr. K in Thompson Station). kilo17 has the exact same name as the co-owner, also has interest in precious gems and cars, and has been in crypto for a long time (offering "investments" to people just like he offered to HERPES). There is also a history of him being part of scammy projects such as BitStones. These conclusions are derivable from public information.

I also tracked HERPES' location to Thompson Station when he claimed he was visiting the co-owner. This portion of the evidence cannot be verified by me online, but I'm sure that the first part alone is enough to cast at least some doubt on who kilo17 is. I am working on getting more details and trying to figure out what exactly I can disclose and what I can't.

Do you have evidence? There's no need for anyone to start digging through his post history if you already have the info available.

Also, where did you get that screenshot? I doubt a scammer would screenshot a private conversation between him and another scammer and then leak it ;D.

Sure, I do have evidence for that.

As for where I got the screenshot, it was sent directly to me by HERPES. (Proof: https://gyazo.com/e9761c169c1a760904d430d4dd01510e)

They do both have the same name, as you can probably discern. I won't directly say the name since I don't want this post removed.

Happy update: when you Google the full names of either one of the scammers, my video shows up on the first page. This will save quite a few people a lot of money  ;D

suchmoon calling kilo17 a "scamdev"

I have no doubt that the "doctor" is a scammer. He was the one who orchestrated my doxing. I don't see the link to CrashDoge though. Same first name in a chat screenshot doesn't mean much, could be a coincidence or someone trying to frame him.

Yes, from what I can see, there is clear evidence that kilo17 is a scammer in general, but the link to HERPES is circumstantial at best from what I can prove via the forum. There are some other links (and some information via my own law enforcement and tracking that I have found) that has made me 100% certain that Dr. K / kilo17 / the second partner of CrashDoge are the same person, but I am pending some enquiries to post the rest of the info here.

In any case, I hope kilo17 is red tagged or at least a neutral warning is placed on his profile, as a first step.

Can't you just post all that info to "Investigations"? Yeah, he's a well known scammer, I remember bitstones now. ::)

Alright, I'll get on it. Although, I am wondering why people are calling kilo17 a known scammer and yet he has green trust on this forum. Seems rather odd.

Because he's selective an likely pays off anyone leaving shitty feedback. His scams don't always correlate to scams here either.

Alright, that makes sense.

Very interestingly, I have found a message (from a private source) where HERPES said that he can easily buy alts to popularize his projects and give me bad rep. Moreover, my thread on CrashingCrypto, which had support from several DT users including suchmoon and RHavar, has mysteriously disappeared. This combined with the fact that a known (and extremely rich) scammer kilo17 has green trust makes me think there's something fishy going on behind the scenes, possibly involving money changing hands. Who knows.

AFAIK all of his scams have been perpetrated via alts. E.g. BitStoneDev and MakeBelieve have been neg-trusted. I didn't have anything I could put in as a reference if I wanted to neg-trust kilo17 in 2016, and I don't think there is anything today either. Shifty little bugger.

It's been moved to Investigations. You have to be a certain rank (Member?) to access it:

Interesting, thank you for that. I thought it had been deleted altogether! Glad to know the thread is still out there. Welp, I will try to dig for some more conclusive dirt, and in the meantime I hope some other DT members would neg him. He's a danger to the community: thankfully, he isn't active on this particular forum anymore.

The simple fact is that StackGod is an idiot and has been accused of scamming in the past on GambleCrash :

StackGod was also given an opportunity to admit he had cheated on CrashDoge but denied it and has gone on a roll of making accusations against people for no reason.  Here is the info proving StackGod cheated on CrashDoge (hence the reason he was not paid)

Interesting, it appears that the Kilo17 account just woke up about an hour ago(Hasn't posted anything yet.). Minutes later, this Stackus Aurelius account is created. Seems like the sleeping dragon is now awake.

I heard I was the source of some new entertainment and thought I would check it out. I see my old friends are out and about.   What’s up Suchmoon, been a while.  I see owlcatz and bones showed up.  If only Paul Revere was around we could rehash the old days.

As far as this thread is concerned, I think I will go back into hibernation, nothing new on Bitcointalk.  Same cesspool it has always been.

Toodle-loo
I still have an important question though.
So when will I be able to put the .001 BTS that I have remaining to good use? :D
You see, I still have a piece of you on my hard drive and will never forget the great times we shared. Bye bye for now.

This confirms that kilo17 is the partner of "crashingcrypto" and is complicit in the scam.

I urge suchmoon and other DT members to tag him appropriately. Thank you.

I don't see the connection.

I would have tagged kilo17 ages ago for paying for my dox if I had proof so it's not like he's getting special treatment, he's just a slippery sockpuppeting SOB à la Quicksy.

This account, the partner of crashingcrypto ("Stackus Aurelius" https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2572545) came online a few minutes after kilo17 awoke from his long period of inactivity (last seen in August). kilo17 can also confirm that he is the person behind CrashDoge, if he chooses to respond.

Bro, your 5 minutes of fame are up.  Get Ryan or Daniel to look at the video posted showing the hashes being given to you on the date you won.   Remember, you asked for the video on the other thread because the picture was not good enough. Then said the video wasn’t good enough.

Here is a version that shows you discussing the amounts of your withdrawals 50k-100k (which coincide with the video you made on your YouTube channel, saying oops wrong amount).   You were trying to empty the hot wallet, exactly what you were instructed to do on Discord.   Why else would you not just withdrawal the entire amount?

Getting link to place here now.

I forgot a zero in my video. In any case, I also knew that your wallet wouldn't have enough to pay me, which turned out to be true.
