Yes, PayPal deals are risky because of chargebacks. I've done quite a few PP exchanges in the past and have never charged back and never will. Do not post about escrow, because escrow is irrelevant with PayPal. Please do not ask me to send first unless you're at least green trusted or you're a member I've dealt with before.
