Litecoin has had other forks. Haven't you heard of Litecoin Cash?

It's not fork it's an alt coin. I hope people do more study before making statement.

No any chain gets forked and make coin split 1: 10 it's not at all a hard fork.

The key point of hard fork is splitting the main chain to create different technological chain and the past mined coins from old chain should remain same but should not become 10 times..

Hard fork meant to change the new chain features but not main chain features. Always study git source to know more information.
