Just wrote an article for the newbies and hopefully, it can help you know bitcoin and its technology better.

I thought you want to know about bitcoin because of the title "What is bitcoin? and the technology behind it" but it's an article. I think the title should be Article About Bitcoin and the technology behind it. My thoughts about this thread is that the title is asking and the content is about an article about bitcoin ready to share.

Yes it is really useful for the newbies but tell me do you believe this is the right place to share the information which can guide the newbies. Always keep create the thread on the right section. I believe this should be created on Beginners and help board : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0

That is a very well written and clearly defined article there, we as a community of bitcoin lovers thank you for your hard work. You need to edit the title of the topic and also move it to the appropriate section as been directed.

in my opinion it's good even though many have made previous articles but I appreciate at least this for additional lessons for beginners.
I hope the beginners understand about the world of bitcoin, your articles are constantly being improved so that more readers will attract attention.

Very nice and an informative article you have there and many newbies will be helped greatly with that information if they take they time to read through it and understand what the article is talking about, but as you have been advice you have to move the post to the right section in the forum.

It is a good article. It help newbies to make it clear on them what industry what are they going to enter. This is good because newbies will understand well about bitcoin and it's function so they have a chance to decide if they are  going to continue in bitcoin industry or they will quit while we are starting in a short period of time. I like the concept and purpose of your article, but you enter the wrong room. I suggest that this thread be moved to the beginner's room only.

if you ask behind technology in bitcoin, maybe you should learn basic about bitcoin, in learning you will surely know if what is behind technology in bitcoin and you will know what bitcoin is, all of that definitely requires a lot of learning, if you want what is bitcoin and what is behind that technology.

I find them both rather well done rather then reading about it on a website which peoples interest might not be there while they usually have more attention span when watching it outlined in a form of animation or video.

Its a good write I would say. But, you need to change the interface a bit. The text seems kinda a larger than normal and kinda gets annoying to read. And instead of going to direct technical terms/part of the technology, it is better to explain them how to use it and to store it safely. People  who are new to crypto currencies might end up thinking that it is a very difficult thing to understand and use.
That is why he used the quotation mark on "What is bitcoin?".

It is a nice initiative that you want to help newbies understand what bitcoin is and everything relating to the technology running it but I think post thread will be very helpful at the Beginner & Help section. that is where newbies and average users with little information acquire basic info about everything related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.  You should try and open that section and share your in-depth knowledge and understand on Bitcoin and Blockchain technology there.

Yeah me too. The title could be a bit more specific to show that it is for newbies especially to click on it.

The attention span of people this days is not that long, they normally scan the page and click on something that looks interesting for them specifically.

Also another idea is that you could write a resume of it here and paste the link at the bottom of the it so people who want to know more can click on it. That way it's more possible that someone will find your post useful.

Title is the first weapon to attract readers, at least the current title is better than what is suggested by nakamura imho. Why? Simple as it is targeted to newbies, while newbies are looking for information and they usually type on google "what is...." not "article about..."
I think the article is good, but it will be better if the writer add some videos about it. Simply because reading a bit long article is annoying for most people, while video will give a better and easier understanding of the content. 

It is not really "newbie friendly" in my opinion, because I agree with some of the other posters that you jumped into the more advanced <technical> aspects of it, too quickly. <Most newbies will stop reading there, because it will sound too complicated>  :P

Also, you are saying... " Bitcoin is a digital currency (or cryptocurrency) that enables people to trade anonymously without any other third-party financial institutions." ….Yes, you can trade anonymously if you use Bitcoin correctly, but most people only stay pseudo anonymously, because they re-use Bitcoin addresses frequently.  :P

newbies should not even read articles such as these because they are written by people who don't have enough experience in the field to be able to write an actual newbie friendly article explaining what bitcoin is. not to mention that there already exists lots of better and older articles available in places such as bitcoin.org and bitcoin wiki,... where they should refer to instead.
the fact that the article calls bitcoin something you can trade shows the little understanding of the author.

That's why OP put a quotation mark in his title. To show that is not a question.

The article is good but lacks the basic since you jump suddenly to TA of bitcoin. Yeah, adzino is right, text format is kinda big and annoying at the same time maybe you should reconsider of making it smaller.

Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency and latest varshon of desital currency . Bitcoin changed the world economy system . Without any obstacle Bitcoin transfer anywhere in the world rapidly . Bitcoin wakeup total economic system .              

Nice article and good idea to help more people to have an idea to what bitcoin is but I think the article is not enough and not the only place that newbies can study on bitcoin. This forum is highly educating to users, so newbies can learn here, they have to go to bitcoin section and keep reading threads. That will also help.

Articles that are quite helpful for a beginner, but it's better if your article is written in this thread, so that all can read it more easily

Hate it when links redirects one away from the forum especially when it has to do with lectures about bitcoin there are tons of that already here in the forum all newbie or anyone else just has to do it search and read

Been able to quickly read the website. You were great writing an article about bitcoin. Though newbies will get confused because it is too quick to introduce bitcoin transactions and private keys. Why don't you add the topic Why bitcoin is needed in our life? to further understand how bitcoin is very popular nowadays and why many people are on it. State some reasons for them to understand deeper about it.
