It really is as it is set out above

And this is how it works which is not to dissimilar to what coolindark's original idea was way back in 2016.

You the user buy COC from me at 1 point under the buy price average which currently stands at 0.00000016 what you now do with these COC is up to you.

When you purchase your COC from me the BTC address you will be given will be an MMR address ( Mining Rig Rentals )

Now the clever bit - 50% of the BTC you sent will be put directly back into mining COC at our official pool, and this is where you get your extra COC from because we will mine with your COC address so all block rewards will drop directly into your wallet.
This of coarse also maintains the chain and keeps it moving so you have no waiting time on transactions sent or received.

The remaining 50% of your sent BTC will also be used to mine but this time it will be pointed at a BTC pool. All earnings made from the BTC pool will again be split with 50% going directly onto COC exchanges to buy back COC, with the other 50% going into a fund to develop the coin further, and payout bounties etc.

So to summarise:

Your initial investment is fee free and purchased under the trading price so you are all ready sat on profit.
You will earn further COC via mining using your address.

The COC is sold in blocks of 10k and at this point no more than 5x10k blocks per day will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Once the COC Train starts moving this amount will be changed as and when needed, this is done to sustain the train and not flood the market.

why use sha256

Because I am old and that was the original algo used for this coin.

Perhaps in the future it can be altered because although I maybe older than most on here I am not adverse to change.

I could have done all sorts, swapped original COC for a brand new algo with the same concept, and perhaps in the future that may happen, but why rock the boat at the start when the coin is all ready listed ?

And to be honest this is not just about mining POW rewards is it.

Its a cycle of purchase COC and sell COC for profit, this cycle will then increase volume, investors, price, and profit.

It costs around the same price as a pint of beer to get involved, so not much risk.

I like everything in one place, there can be no mistakes or accusations then can there.

I have seen projects get destroyed when there is two or more discussions ongoing about the same subject, and decisions are made on one platform without the input from the other platform.

I was involved in LDOGE years ago and it all went tits up because the group got separated with discussions everywhere and boom it all blew up, which was a shame because we were a talented group that covered all bases.

It will be at some point over the weekend, I'm in no rush.

I am here for the long haul, and things that are rushed often end in disaster.

And to be fair a lot has happened in the last 24 hrs behind the scenes, I was only handed control late yesterday, and my first priority was to get and sync my wallet followed by attempting to move the chain from the abandoned point, which of coarse needed a pool thrown up.

I managed that fairly easy with only 1.5Th of hash, I had visions of the diff be jacked right up and having to send god knows how much hash at it to get it moving and drop the diff.

The Dev fund from the original dev arrived as promised.

At this point once the fund arrived I was now obligated to this coin. I then checked over the code, checked everything was working as it should, removed a few moth balls and got down to some hardcore maths to make sure this coin was sustainable with the original idea.

I found a few flaws (IMO) in the original coin  ann so made a few changes and launched this thread.

Sorry for the long winded reply, but I would like to demonstrate probably not to you as you have been around a while but to others what goes on behind the scenes.

I have today purchased a small dedi server for the purpose of a static node and other bits and bobs related to this coin.

Something seems wrong with the difficulty . With stable hashing power climbs to 14M for 2 to 3 blocks and then down to 3M up to 6M and after 2-3 blocks back to 14M.

The stable hashing you refer to, is that on your pool or across the whole network ?

The Timespan is set to 12 * 60 and the Spacing is at 6 * 60

COC is listed on Yobit but the wallet is in maintenance mode at present, once I have the static node up and our own explorer etc I will have a word and get it taken out of maintenance mode.

I am currently playing around with the new website, then will turn my attention to the node and explorer.

From my experience if a coin on Yobit get to the maintenance it remains like that for long  time

Ok great and thanks for the info, however its not all ways about what you know is it but who you know, and who knows you  ;D

TBH I am not a fan of Yobit but that is where the coin presently trades, I have other exchange options open to me and once the coin starts to work as it is supposed to I shall get it listed on further exchanges.

Also as a side note the website is now online www.comcoin.co.uk (http://www.comcoin.co.uk) and I am updating it and will continue to improve it, but please be aware its a work in progress.

Better make your coin valuable before listing it to another exchange.
Rushing to get it listed will likely end up to a catastrophe for the project.
We all know about the reputation of Yobit, but for now please do something about this coin where users will be interested in taking a look at it.

As I have said earlier I am in no rush and in for the long haul, and I also appreciate that adding the coin to other exchanges right now is pointless.

I personally believe the coin is all ready interesting.
With the COC Train model that pretty much guarantees your money back as its purchased at under exchange rates, plus the fact you then receive further COC via the MMR mining.

What could be more interesting than safe guarding your investment ?

The coin is "Community Coin" and with out the community it simply will not work, and to be honest I am quite surprised that no one had purchased a 10k block as of yet at the price offered, if I thought it was ethical I would have bought one  :D
