hello, I want to ask for all respected forum members, my bitcointalk account was banned, with the message (Sorry ...., you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum)

this means why, is it permanently banned or not ?

Why don’t you post the entire ban message? What is the ban message on your other account?

In general, to my knowledge, if there is no time frame listed, the ban is permanent.

It means one of your account(s) has previously been permanently banned for plagiarism or spamming, perhaps and as per forum rules, once a user gets banned, such user is no longer allowed to use the forum, creating / use of an alternative account to communicate outside an "appeal thread" here meta seciton of the forum is considered "ban evasion".

Do you not have another account that is also banned?

I would suggest appealing the ban on your other account, if you think you have a reason for it to be overturned. If your other account was banned a very long time ago, theymos might decide to allow you to return under a new account, depending on the underlying reasons for the original ban.

In the meantime, I would suggest you stop posting in any thread that is not appealing your ban because this is not allowed, and will only make it less likely to be allowed back in the future.

You can appeal in this thread. You can post the account that is banned, the reason it was banned, and why you believe you should be unbanned and/or allowed to return under a new account. You may also want to include what benefits you can bring to the forum via your participation.

You can post as much information as you can.

You should have posted the links to all your alts here. You are already evading the ban from two accounts.

So the guy had an account banned, (probably plagiarism), then he gets another one banned for ban evasion, comes here with an account already at activity 57 to...get this one ban also.
Now some members (congrats guys) find another 6 accounts that if not already banned will be soon so.

When you know that you are breaking the rules, why do you come here to show everybody how stupid you are?
Are you masochists or what?
