I’m from mobile so cannot post a lot.

This is just an accusation, with proof, that BlocKchain021 is a fake campaign, or is managed by a scammer campaign manager.

If you go to spreadsheets here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NOkqhL5t_nP93fWx_ElF4r-3ByC3u-4Z9Gs2ma5JzXc/htmlview# and you will see that most of reported applicants at them moments haven’t made application yet!

Just an example of user JollyTrader (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1689323;sa=showPosts) : he is in the list, he wear campaign but he hasn’t made application yet.

I will post screenshots as soon as possible too.

You might be right. But if the bounty on the alternative cryptocurrency then there might have form and from that form, anyone can fill the form and as a result, they will appear on the sheet. I think you will provide more info asap.

There are a lot of applicants that haven’t made application yet. I made screenshots but can’t post because i’m From mobile. I think is easy to check applicants and spreadsheets and see that lot of them never made application on service board thread

But only the campaign manager can modify the spreadsheets   ::)

Only the spreadsheet created and whom s/he will give aces they would be able to edit anything. But for forms, anyone can submit and the sheet will be automatically updated.

Maybe campaign manager is asking participants to fill the form in PM. I think it is very likely that they have a form as if you check the spreasheet you will see Timestamp column which generally by default comes when you have form linked with spreadsheets.

Also why would a campaign manager care about the time when the participant joined. I maybe wrong though. Can you post the link of the bounty so that I can also look into it.
