With all the abuse, cheating, scamming and everything else that's going on here, this is a non-issue. People are free to do with their sMerits as they please, and unless you're seriously abusing the system there aren't going to be consequences.
What this thread is about is getting back at Coolcryptovator for a negative feedback. That much is obvious, and OP should be ashamed of himself.
