Blockchain and client show transaction as being credited, however BTC-e support says it may take a while.. I never saw the deposit page say "0 out of 6 confirmations" , it never changed. Now the transaction is credited to the address it's like it didn't even look for incoming transactions. I know it's only .08 LTC lol but every bit matters.

BTC-e shows 0 LTC. I sent with a fee, and am curious if it's happened to anyone else before I send larger amounts.

Which transaction do you mean? Do you know that minimum ltc deposit is 0.10. Your recent transaction is only 0.08+ ltc. Ask the support that I sent less than 0.10, so credit them manually. I think this is what you expect.

I sent 0.18296808 to the account, and it showed up fine in BTC-E. 0.08 sent a few days before is still sitting in the account , and support sent back some cryptic message that isn't worth fighting over the $1.50 in coin.
