I bought coins cheap and sold them expensive. And now they're accusing me of using bots. They have been investigating since December 2018. Do you have ane screenshot of what you posted on their group before they banned you? Did they really ban you because you complain about your withdrawal or something else?
Their support looks really terrible, on top of that, saying that the team is busy so they can't process withdrawal is really unprofessional imo. So these problems appears when exchange having loads of orders through the API and not via the main interface. And this "channel" is not optimized which causes overload.
