you can buy a home with bitcoin, you will in the future i think it will happen because we know right now there are many startup that makes bitcoin and cryptocurency as crowdfunding espescially on property sector, and i hope that it will be very easy to buy bitcoin in the future

How many bitcoins you have now? Is it only possible to buy your dreamed house once the price going up properly?
And how about this properly means? It should have an exact number of the price as proper for you does not mean proper for others.
At least tells us in which rate you will be able to buy the house with your btc.

This sounds like a good plan but it will take enormous discipline to ride out the volatile market. There will also be enormous temptation to hold near the next top. However, the future looks bright for bitcoin.

I hope that you can find a broker that accepts bitcoin as payment otherwise you will be having a hard time converting all those money to fiat with the hassle of doing KYC with some exchanges.

We pray if the house is based on bitcoin's price. But what you are doing is like gambling. I do not know in what situation you are, but bitcoin should be the last thing to hope for.

If you will rely only on holding bitcoin to earn money to buy house then its possible if you will hold it on a decade or so but as you said with "few bitcoin" will make it more difficult to happen. If you really want something then better move. Your dreams cannot be done through laziness even if you have a little resources. Work hard and make a difference.

That is a good plan. I think probably OP is one of the few that has been holding or buying while price was at low low. Buying a house with your investment is such a futuristic price but I think you should hold more because price is just gearing up. It depends on how many btc you have.

Just hold your bitcoin and don't sell before the price reaches $20k again or even more. How much the price of the home in your country? And how many bitcoin you have? That is a question that you should know first before you can decide on what price you should sell your bitcoin.

It is possible to buy a home with bitcoin after it converted into fiat but remember, don't withdraw all of the money at one time because it will make the bank suspicious and will investigate where do you get that money. But you can do with a small amount of money until you withdraw all of the money.

I think you may now to start your construction plan and talk to your engineer and architech because I know and more bitcoiners are the same prediction that bitcoin rising again. Your dream will be fulfilled if the hodl is in bitcoin units, if you have bitcoin behind a point like 0.2 bitcoin maybe you need high patience for your dream home. my advice is that you should continue to adopt bitcoin such as saving money to bitcoin, so that you can get considerable potential later well in this world nothing is impossible if you keep trying

A few bitcoins won't be enough to buy a dream home unless your dream is a very small home or you live in a really poor country.  Regular houses cost at least $1million in big cities like Los Angeles or San Francisco.

Nothing is impossible with Bitcoin, and it all depends on how much you have bitcoin to buy a house and the price of a house is not cheap and depends on the type of house you want.
Besides that you also have to work or have a permanent job so that you are not dependent on the results of bitcoin, and I think with that all you can have a home and be accompanied by hard work and try patiently waiting for the price of bitcoin to rise even higher.

You better wait dude. Don't be in a hurry or you will end up in regret. Your bitcoin can buy more than just a home if you act in a proper time. Who knows. Even if we are buying certain property with money, careful planning is required so with the amount of bitcoin you have if you think it is enough to buy a house, have a little more patience maybe you will be able to buy a car too if the price will favor you. I'm saying this because I know some friends who were able to buy houses one year and a half ago.

There will be always some hopes to use bitcoin for some certain purposes. And I think that buying home with bitcoins may be possible if it is enough after converting to the cash. Well, BTC has been increasing and you may need some months later to realize your dream. Good luck.

good dream, after I got to know BTC, I always saved BTC to buy my every need, especially to buy tertiary needs. I also have a house from BTC income. and I also have a motorbike from BTC. BTC has give me a great benefit in my life. thank you BTC. go up and go to the moon.

I didn't buy home but truly I built home because of bitcoin last year at early 2018. Although the price went down in the first quarter of that year, but it gave me satisfaction on how bitcoin will change our way of life. That's agreeable, small amount of bitcoin cannot buy a home but if you prefer using the money from small portion of your bitcoin profit to build a house which was a middle class type. Dreaming about buying a complete home with your perfect preference, it can always be possible if you can sell your long term holdings when per bitcoin will be reach $60k each.

Here in my country there was a owner of a house and lot and he posted it on our local forum that accepting bitcoin as mode of payment, and even if you cant see any home that accepts btc as mode of payment you can cash it out and buy your dream home, just wishing best for you to attain it.

Be patient and still collecting the more bitcoin is the only way you can do. While collecting bitcoin, someday, you can be able to buy a house for you, I believe that and so many members also believe that. We all have a dream which we want to reach from bitcoin and we still trying hard to reach one by one of our dream and there nothing can stop us from doing that thing.

The more you can collecting bitcoin means you will have a big chance to reach your dream and don't worry about other people said because they don't know what you want. Some people pray for it and some people work for it, luckily you are doing both. Do not wait for the price to go up, rather go out there and help to promote Bitcoin. You should also try to get more merchants to accept Bitcoin as a payment option, because this will stimulate a demand for the coin.

We all have to work together to make Bitcoin use more popular and the only way to do this is to get more people to buy it. When there are a higher demand than the supply, the price has to go up and you will be able to buy that house much quicker.  8)

Sorry, you cannot buy a Home but you can create it.  I guess you are saying you wanna buy a house with Bitcoin and I do hope you can.  Just persevere and keep on learning.  Bitcoin opens a lot of opportunities to us, so it is there for the picking and it is up to us if we will work for it or not.

Buying property directly with BTC is certainly something I hope will become more common. The idea of having to convert all that cost through an exchange and then have the bank shit itself even if the exchange doesn't is not appetising.

I have multiple currencies with good potential but last one year i dint find any ICO's made good progress . I think apart from bitcoin NEO, Ethereum , EOS , ADA may give fortune in future . Because these teams are working actively compare to bitcoin.

Well, if that's only a few bitcoins, then i think you should be working hard as well since even if the price really goes up, it may not be enough to buy you a house. Just my two cents lol

Buying high value goods with Bitcoins or any other criptomoeda must have judicial support. For any loss can not be recovered, with the help of justice a recovery is easier if there is a loss to either side.

Everyone here has supported you so at least stay consistent with your goals and don't be easily influenced by panic and then you sell your bitcoin with regret at the end. Hopefully the next market conditions will side with you and even for all of us.

How many bitcoins does OP have? If a few means 3 he'll never buy a real house. I just don't see Bitcoin going to 100 thousand dollar level and even that wouldn't give him a lot of places to choose from.

But don't worry. You can always buy a bungalow on a beautiful beach and enjoy life instead of trying hard for that beautiful expensive villa with a swimming pool that you'll struggle to maintain without a steady income.

There was an advertisement here in the Philippines where a seller of a house want to sell his property and accepts Bitcoin as payment. I am not sure if its already sold and as far as I can remember, the property is located somewhere in the Visayas region or Iloilo. However, if you plan to buy a property here in the Philippines, I would prefer using fiat than go through the local exchange site that requires ridiculous requirements.

How many exactly that few bitcoins you have? In our country, if you owned 4-5 bitcoins with the current market price, you can already buy house and lot. But if bitcoin goes up and will reach $8k, you only need 3 bitcoins to buy your dream house. But if i were you, i will still wait for the bitcoin to increase the value to save some of your bitcoins.

Countries which support crypto currencies will allow the btc payment to be done for buying/selling houses and will encourage people to go digital form of currency which is easy to make payment as well and get recorded . Hope other countries will also follow soon.

If you want to buy your dream house then I suggest to make your own business that can make you earn more than waiting for the value of bitcoin to rise. No one can tell us when bitcoin will rise up again just like year 2017 and don't just rely on bitcoin, if you want to buy something then do something and don't keep on waiting.

You may succeed based on the amount of bitcoin you have and average price of property in your country.
In some countries houses are very cheap so it's much more easy to achieve such goal.
I remember now story about one couple from Holland who sold their home in order to buy bitcoin.
They choose to live in the vain and wait for the bitcoin to grow in value.
I will never do something like this but to buy home with bitcoin, well, this is much better idea in my opinion .)

I bought bitcoin with its price $4000 in a few weeks ago and now I sold it, do you know what can I buy with my profit in my country? I can buy home and real estate and this is real but I never intend to do it just because I have an another dream so as I kept my bitcoin in my wallet.

If you live in a poorer country from the so-called "Third World" and you really have a few bitcoins, then it should not be difficult to buy a house for you.
Of course, the other question is how you will explain to the authorities and the tax office the origins of your money.

From most of the speculation we have gotten for the past one month it seems bitcoin is heading up and we don't really know the limit it can go and because of that I think if you keep holding there is no way you will not buy the home of your dream.

It all depends on how many bitcoins are in your wallet and your location in your country, are you living in urban, if you are living in a city, that's quite expensive than buying a house in a province, I think you will need 10 Bitcoin up for you to buy your dream house when it reaches 20k or even higher..
