Both i am sending from site to another never had issues before

or rebroadcast the transaction with the broadcasting list through https://coinb.in/#broadcast.

That’s because Bitcoin’s mempool just had a spike of unconfirmed transactions. This usually happens when the price goes +10/20%, which is what happened. Many people try to send their coins to an exchange to sell, and this usually rises the minimum fee.

Right now, the mempool is catching up 30 sat/byte transactions, so those need to be cleared first before yours go through.

If you are using a wallet like Electrum you could do a CPFP or give it a higher fee but since you are sending from one site to another you can't do this unless you have access to the private keys.

The fact that you "never had issues before" means you didn't send transactions in the last months of 2017.
Get used to check the mempool size before sending transactions. Although maybe not the best, I use https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx because I find it easier to read. It should help you avoid surprises in the future.


For the current problem, sending to ViaBTC pool (link is posted already by somebody else) the tx id can be a good solution, just make sure you do it exactly at fixed hour (xx:00); if you are seconds late your request may not be accepted.

There are some good guys here offering free tx acceleration services, you can ask them and will definitely get it resolved.

Check here for a proper fee value before sending anything these days due to an abnormal spike in traffic taking place in mempool from some bad guys trying to spam the whole network and increase fees. It is somewhere related to Bitcoin's scary price rise in just 3 days and I also have a thread about this, take a look here:

Keep in mind that rebroadcasting is not the same as RBF or CPFP, it doesn't change the fees so it might not really help you. Some TX accelerator might even charge you if your fees are too low so they still can get the profits.

If I were you, I'd probably wait for a few more days, or if it's possible, doing RBF is probably the best option.

OP, the fee is kinda low. I submitted it for the free acceleration service with viabtc. It seems to have been accepted to join the queue. It should get confirmed in a few hours now.
