Wow

Did you ban it? This is a problematic response even if it is not scam.

I would suggest you be patient with their customer care support as they unban you in order to address your issues. The last time such case appear here was 2014 November https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=877491.0 and to the best of my understanding it was resolved, yours will be resolve, just exercise some little patience.

Or possibly you can open scam accusation against them on scam accusation section of the forum.

Their official bitcointalk account here is not active anymore and quite have a bad reputation.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=207035

Main Thread is also locked and you will sees irregularity just by browsing replies there.

Your last resort was to patiently talk with their support again and again. We aren't sure what's the reason behind your case either a)bug or glitch or b)delay on your side e.g internet related or machine performance

Seems to me that this is about bitcasino shady activities. There were lots of accusations going on with that site. I don't really recommend playing on that site. I think you should raise an accussation thread in here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=129.0. Don't be hasten with your action, first try to contact the support and in days that it does not have any reply, raise an accusation thread.

They have new bitcointalk account as well as new ANN thread:
Bitcasino.io Support (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2087138) last active yesterday.
New ANN thread of bitcasino.io (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4541166.0)

So OP can post it on the new ANN thread or contact the bitcointalk account of bitcasino. Hopefully there will be good solution for this case.

However the picture is still the same. Running by the same user.

Well then, OP can try his luck there. Hopefully the "moderated" thread will not take an advantage over OP.

its really hard to prove out if you didnt caught the actually situation or providing proofs but as a player and you had experienced such

That's unfortunate. This might have been an issue on your side. Obviously they get tons of people everyday screaming that they have been scammed due to a "bug". They probably thought you were one of them unfortunately. But, that is quite unprofessional move to instantly ban someone instead of looking into it :/.
Try to replicate the steps to create the bug. Capture an unedited video of it and send it to them. This might help you convince them enough and they might acknowledge their problem.

Bitcasino has a active signature campaign going on for some time now  almost 10 months.
They are paying people like myself and others too.
OP it sounds like you may have accidentally bet too much and werent kind to support.
This is all I can think for banning you account for 24 hours.
You should try the live support feature rather then talking with people here who just want pay for posting.

With the information presented above, I think it should only be sent to the support.
You post here and this should be move to scam accusation section since the title itself is "Bitcasino.io Scam".
If you don't get this issue solve, you then have to provide all the necessary evidence you have to get some here from the community.

Since You did not see any issue for a year where you deposited about 10 btc, So it can be any bug of this site. So I suggest you be patient until the problem solved. For solving the problem contact support and wait for their helpful reply by the official support. And if they ignore again and again then you should create a scam  Accusation. Good luck hope the problem will be solved.

This is nowhere near scam. The problem you mention could be from your browser. Such happens when browsers become unresponsive or your machine memory is failing you.

You have your point. The OP should reach out directly to them and if he feels that they are still ignoring him, he can create a thread in the scam accusations board. They will seriously consider his case and might be resolved faster.

This is nowhere near scam. The problem you mention could be from your browser. Such happens when browsers become unresponsive or your machine memory is failing you.

This might be his case. This online casino has been here and been promoted for so long already. They would not ruin their reputation by simple misunderstanding only.

Maybe you complain in their ANN (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4541166.0) as Bitinity said, so you can get an answer from them, but somehow, I think they don't want to ruin their reputations as the other member said.
I think there is miscommunication between you and the sales representative so you cannot get the right answer. I hope it will clear later by a chat with their support system or the OP that online in their ANN.

Probably you were not careful enough at that moment, I am sure their support staff will be immediately fired if they do this kind of behaviour with a player that has deposited 10 bitcoins, post in their official thread and I think there you will find your answers, they will investigate the issue and hopefully will tell you exactly what happened.

It could just be a minor glitch at your end. If you got a ban then all you can do is wait for a representative in their ANN to talk with you. I understand that you got annoyed from the glitch and made your loss but I think that if you report kindly then the staff would listen and won't ban you.

As far as i know Bitcasino.io is a legit site and they do not do any sort of scam activities.  You need to proof your scam accusations with visual proofs else it is difficult to believe them.

Also did you really deposit 10 BTC on their site ?  ::)

Sometimes issues can arrive and banning the chat for 24 hrs is a normal thing. Maybe you were rude in your behavior etc.
The best thing is to email to their support or open a support ticket if this option is available.

There are really a lot of bitcoin online gambling site that are scams and fraud, that is why it is difficult to find a bitcoin casino that you can trusted and to put your funds to play on it. But there are still several great and trusted bitcoin casino like vegascasino (https://vegascasino.io/casino/video-slots/stellar-spins?utm_source=cc-ss) that i mostly play poker (https://vegascasino.io/casino/video-poker) here and other games like slot games, baccarat, and blackjack because it gives great bonuses and prizes when you start playing it everyday.

I haven't play in bitcasino.io, that is why i cannot relate if it is really a scam or a fraud but it is true that it is difficult to find a trusted online gambling site. I also have played in online casino because i love playing slots game and i don't like to bet large amount of profit.
Asking to other people who mostly play in online casino is a better way for you not to get scam if you wanted to play gambling safe.

Okay, that would be a bad costumer service? Anyway, do not worry for there are other good online casino that is worth it playing for. If they insist like that to which they believe the platform is working well then that is not a good way to assist a customer especially a VIP.

You can search online OP about other online betting casino platform to which more better for playing experience. I would recommend you to try the 777coin online betting casino. The platform can definitely satisfy your playing experience.

Other than that, everyone else is more than welcome to post in our new thread! :)

Sound like you are a guy sent by the Bitcasino.io people. Just joking but yeah you are right. Things like these do not get solved in maters of hours. At times, you have to wait for long. But anyhow, an experience like that might make the company loose users who are security conscious and do not love to get distracted. In the presence of so many online scams in the form of gambling sites, it is not easy to understand if the site you are using is genuine or scam.

Maybe he lost some money in that casino and just want to wrongly proof that Bitcasino.io is a scam. How many people do this when they are frustrated and do this cheap act.
For everyone who is involved in gambling, if they face any issue with any gambling site, they should come here with ticket number which they already have raised with the site. There is no point of not contacting the official support and keep on screaming here.

I do get surprised when gambling sites workers or owners ban people account when you tried to prove them wrong. The same thing with exchange platforms! They always get angry whenever you tried to asked them solving issues that is clearly there fault.

If that's the case then you can simply make an appeal to their site review and that would explain a lot of their shady business with the people. You will know if the site is legit if they response according to your problem and make a solution as fast as they can.

Chat transcript
First, are you really sure they will ask your ID /complete your KYC before you can withdraw your money?
Secondly, did you use multiple accounts on bitcasino.io?
Third, i believe they won't scam you for 0.0043 btc or 4.3mBTC, they have paid much more in weekly for their campaign.

You have a separate concern and if you want to at least push through this allegation, you should create a top at the scam accusation board.
Put all your evidence like the screenshots as it's more reliable compared to writing your conversation, and I suggest don't leave the thread until everything is solve, don't let people hanging.

Well, the replies above were right. Strong evidence is need when you are accusing a gambling site. Transactions, or screenshot as long as the uneditable photo you have shown. Because in the gambling industry there are so many gambling sites competitor, perhaps you are trying to destroy their image. Well, I have been searching for a while in google I saw that there's scam accusation alleging in that gambling site. Indeed, you need to show a shred of strong evidence.

I was really confused, if there is really a glitch in their website they should respond right away and do some actions but OP should provide strong evidence like screenshots if he really did not see it entered 120mb then he shouldn't bet it in the first place. I haven't tried bitcasino.io yet but I hope this issues will be resolved soon.
I do not really see any big deal here because like the OP mentioned, he has been with this site for 1year plus and never had issue, so having something like this come up then he should have suspected a mistake from his end . I suspect an issue of excessive betting maybe or just maybe they detected something with the account that they had to instantly give a ban, he has to be patient for response from the site which I believe they would definitely alter soon.

I have known bitcasino.io for some years now and they rarely get scam issues, once there is an allegation against them, it doesn’t take long to get a defensive response. I am very sure that the reason they haven’t responded to this is because it lacks no proof. Let the OP bring out a better proof to back up his allegation and be sure to get an immediate response.

So it means if he havent online since then the issue might already resolved.

I suggest you ignore the scam accusation you see on Google search, there will always be a scam accusation against every site no matter how reputable it maybe and some are mere accusations to reduce the traffic on this site and this can be the work of the oppositions just like you said. So not all accusation are for real.

I think this site in question have not really been in the news for dubious activities, I have done some deals with them both as player on the site and also on campaigns and to an extent they have been fair, so this could only be a mix up. And how on earth can one even lay such grievous accusation without evidence?? Was it right for people to ask for it first? This ought to have come first to me. But whatever it is, I am sure  it will definitely be resolved soon because I trust the site.

This thread should be locked since there is no needed to discuss again and also to prevent this from spammer.

Then we should report it long ago.
Just request to the moderators to lock this thread or move the said topic to Scam Accusation.

For me, I think it's okay to open this topic so many people might know about the issue but it's not on the correct section.

Hi everyone,

As it's been mentioned above, this case has been solved. Unfortunately OP has not been in the forums since then to confirm this.

This topic came up because memekobek posted his chat logs from his own thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5172198.0

Cheers,
