The Scam Accusations board is a very helpful place too for those who want to dig deeper into a project before investing their time and money into it.
Another resourceful website is https://icoethics.com. The starter of the website is a very active scam buster in the forum so his list is always updated too.

ICOEthics (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2204241) and CoolCryptovalator (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1980983) have threads with lists of both active and exit scams but i haven't been able to locate them yet. I will update the post with the thread links when i do see them

The first site is horribly constructed. Just barebones and bad formatting plus the entries are in one looooong list forcing you to scroll downwards.

The linked site behind the image is indeed dreadful, poorly laid out, and outdated by what looks like a year at least. The information is basically missing in all listed cases, and inner links do not work. There really is no point to the site, and therefore, creating a thread with it as a centrepiece.
