I'm American and can't trade them on the exchanges LPT is trading at. All that I ask is that we are both online and do it in real time, and that a rating is given to me after the transaction. It's a decentralised exchange so I think there will be no legal stuffs involved in it.The amount seems very small so I guess using tor browser you can go with any exchange that has LPT/ETH or LPT/BTC peer.
