I found these quotes inspiring - although they were coined by day traders for day traders ...they apply to Bitcoin trading as well !

I personally go by these:
#1 it goes up
#2 it goes down
#3 it goes mostly up

From these derive:
#4 buy low sell high
#5 when in doubt long

My fave is #12 :)
