What are you better than other bounty managers?  What can you do better than them?

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the others bounty managers or who you interviewing for this position. I think they are talented people but they cannot manage all of this projects. However, I have my unique experiences. Also I consider myself as honest and responsible person who ready learn something new from you or my colleagues. Let’s my future employer decide I am better than other candidates or no.
