Go here Coins.ph (http://coins.ph) create an account there so that you can withdraw your bitcoin when you need the money. Don't put all your bitcoin in coins.ph its much safer that you have a wallet in your computer than in an exchange. Kung sa coins.ph madali lang naman kailangan mo lang ng email account o kaya number para doon nila isesend ang verification code once na fill upan mo na lahat ng information na kailangan mong ilagay.

Preferably, use your own non custodial wallet.
