Is it allowed to translate an English topic into another language and post it in local bard?; will it be considered as plagiarism if there is no permision to the orignial poster but I include the link of original post as source to my translated topic?

I really wanna guide my countrymen but I can't make myself a original content and this is the only thing that I know.

It's not against the rules as long as you're not using Google translate or other software for that. As for the permission, that would be something you have to check with the original creator of the topic but I doubt anyone would have a problem with that since you're willing to mention the source.

If OP there still active there then you can hit them a message for notification and permission as the topic might include their own works and not in general even you will share the source/link.

But if the topic is somehow old and OP is not that active,
-Make a thread and redirect your readers there on the main thread via posting the link with description.
-Make your own thread but always gives credits to the original source. No need to literally copy the whole.

In my opinion it will be much better if you take the permission from that topic OP by giving a PM. If OP is still active then i believe he will help you on this issue. Completely copying someones topic could be unfair. On the other hand you can read the topic carefully and then you can make a new one on your way and that will maybe much better for your countrymen to understand properly.

It is polite just to send the author of the topic/article asking for permission before translating it.

And please, just translate from languages which you understand, don't use Google translator
