Ever since the divorce issue with Tiger woods, he has lost form and whatever effort he puts in amounts to nothing. I remember his days, he of course would have been in number one spot.

Dustin Johnson is my top pick to win this season. He has a good performance this last WGC Championship that was held in Mexico and in betting odds in Vegas he is considered to be the Champion in Masters Golf Tournament.

I can really say such thing, been remembering his glory days.  8)

My eyes is on Justin Rose next is Woods as usual.

And since then, more brands dropped their endorsement deals with him. Let's hope he bounces back this time.


Fair pick. He seems to be in good form. And his career record is also very impressive.

I will go with Rory McIlroy as he is due to win a masters and after watching him play in the past few years he has come so close in some tournaments that I think this maybe the year since he isnt getting any younger and he knows it. ;D
He is also the one in the top photo with tiger so he is bound to be the favorite in this years open.

It's only a matter of time. Case in point: Tiger Woods who has already went past his prime. So yeah, Rory is a great choice to bet on.

Of course the sentiments will be on Tiger Woods. Every golf fans wanted to see him back and still winning tournaments.

However, Rory McIlroy will the the overall favorites and the betting public knows that. Next will be Dustin Johnson. I think either one of them will bag this years Masters, but my live underdog here is Justin Rose.

I choose Tiger Woods, although I don't know much about him. I heard that he is a favourite of many people, but it doesn't mean that other players don't have a chance to win any tournaments. But I am not a fan of golf, and I think I am difficult to see that tournament in here because not many sports channel television that will broadcast the tournaments.

I would bet on Tiger Woods if the odd is good which should be because he is not considered the main favourite.I don't think that after the divorce he will not be able to recover and as an analogy I will use Hamilton's break up with his fiance of Pussycat Dolls, at first after the break up Hamilton only crashed and showed poor performance for about one year and after that he won 2 F1 titles.

Yep, if the odds are really good this there's nothing we can lose if we throw some money on it. I think he still has it, it's just a combination of timing and his mindset to be able to get back into the game that he uses to dominate. He still has a lot of fans behind him, so let's see if can rise to the occasion again.

It is too risky to bet on Tiger Woods although the odds is worth to bet but the era of Tiger Woods is over already imho. Betting on Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson might be the best option for this event.
Anyway I wonder who are the one who placed a bet on Tiger Woods with $85k, it is so huge amount of money. Is this bet verified to be a real bet or it is just a false information?

I dont like golf because I think its a boring sport but I will be rooting for Tiger for this reason alone

Still, that didn’t prevent one gambler from making a hefty wager earlier this week on Woods to end his majors drought that could turn into a big payday.

The bettor placed an $85,000 wager on Woods to win this year’s Masters tournament at 14-1 odds through London-based William Hill, which has 115 sports books in Nevada and other states, according to Golf Digest.

The payout would be a record among William Hill’s history in the U.S. at $1,190,000, Golf Digest reported.

Damn. That is an insane bet. This guy must have some crazy level of faith in Woods or is simply randomly betting on the less preferred guy in order to win a big payday.

Lost faith in Woods ever since he got involved in a shit ton of controversies, but it will be interesting to see if he can win at last.

I would still go for Justine Thomas. I was a fun of Tiger Woods but my bet would go to Justine this time. It will be a close fight and I can't believe that someone would bet that much for Woods. Let's see what will happen.

Since before the tournament i bet on T.Woods, because he is the best players and most of all he is already win in major since a years ago. So most people are trusted him and the masters in golf, in terms of betting golf is the best.

I haven't go the chance to bet, but as other's have said, Tiger is the favourite here although he hasn't won for a while now. Ended a 11 year old drought to secure his 15th career major.

Hey I really regret not placing a bet on Tiger I knew he was charged up, but never in my wild dreams did I expect him to win. I was concerned for him when the security guy tripped on him, but luckily he survived it but I wonder will the guard loose his job?. Also I feel playing in front of his son, and other family members was a big motivation for him which ultimately lead to him being victorious.
