WINBIX -is a new sales channel, which allows to sell goods at the demand price at any time.

The main income of the company will be a commission for providing intermediary services for the sale of products by auctions on the e-trading platform winbix.com.

Further, the Company plans to monetize the Buyers’ interest in each price reduction event through advertising. An increased number of product views are expected before purchase, as compared to traditional online stores, enabling the advertisers to increase the number of contacts with a “hot” target audience.


The project emits ERC-20 investment tokens called WINBIX (WBX). WBX tokens are put into circulation through the DAICO procedure (smart contract-controlled use of the project's funds) in order to protect participants.


- Team tokens not reserved and advisers will not get any WBX tokns.

- The collected funds are stored in a smart contract and allocated to the developers in parts.
         
Only Ethereum is accepted as payment for tokens. Ethereum is stored in a smart contract. The allocation of funds occurs once a month in the amount of TAP. The team may initiate a change of TAP no more than 1 time in 30 days. For this decision to be made, the consent of 50% of the voters plus 1 vote is necessary. Only tokens of buyers at the DAICO/PreDAICO can participate in the voting. Tokens which are allocated through marketing programs (Airdrop, Bounty) or purchased on the secondary market do not have the right to vote.
 
- Reporting of the team to the investors
            
The team publishes reports on the use of funds on the official website of the company: winbix.com

- Giving investors the right of sole exit from the project
 
Any token (except the tokens which are received through marketing programs or purchased on the secondary market) can be returned to the PreDAICO/DAICO smart contract (after 45 days since the end of the PreDAICO or after 90 days since the end of the DAICO) with the receipt of a share of the balance of funds for the moment.

- Creation WBX token with Security algorithm (backed in Ethereum)
            
A smart contract “SECURITY” is created to be funded by the part of the marketplace commission fee 5 years. Any token (without any limitations) can be returned to the contract with the receipt of a share of funds for the moment.

- A reversed buyback feature at the fixed price in Ethereum through appropriate smart contract “BUYBACK”
    
Within 6 years from the launch of the marketplace, WINBIX makes a reversed buyback of tokens at the fixed price. The purchase price is increased by 100% annually.

That is why WINBIX transfers all the income (we hold commission fees from sellers)  to the BUYBACK smart contract. This contract buys all the transferred into it WBX tokens at fixed price. No, it's not cryptocurrency version of Ebay. First, because we sell for fiat money and usual marketplace users do not deal with crypto. Second, because at Ebay as far as we know is usual auction where buyers increase the price and the highest price wins. But WINBIX uses modified model of reversed auction. The prices decrease from the highest (start price) until the first buyer stops the process (buys). Of course, there are limitations - the lowest price, auction duration limitations etc. And, that is important, the process of  price decrease is not linear. The start and the lowest prices change from auction to auction, auction duration differs. All of these parameters are managed by special algorithm. DAICO is a new fund-raising model which was suggested by Vitalik Buterin, the creator of Ethereum blockchain. It combines the advantages of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) and classic ICO.
The team of Winbix decided to withdraw the tokens to the market through the DAICO procedure to minimize the risks for investors and also to make the processes of fund-raising and expenditure transparent and safe.

DAICO of Winbix has its own features:
1. The TAP, which is monthly financing of the project.
2. To change the TAP is possible only through the vote.
3. Each participant has a possibility to withdraw from the project unilaterally and to return the remaining part of unspent funds in exchange for acquired tokens.

DAICO of WINBIX is based on a smart contract. Its function is not only to sell tokens and accumulate the collected funds, but also to ensure its safety. The project team will not be able to access the funds in a different way than it was described in the Whitepaper. As for WINBIX, it means that the team can use the collected funds for the development purposes of the project in the amount which is not larger than it was described in the Whitepaper. For the first month, this amount is equal to 2% of the funds raised, for the second — 2%, for the third — 3%, and so on. The smart contract will not allow withdrawing the funds in a larger volume. At the same time, investors retain the option to return their tokens into a smart contract to withdraw their investments. Also, the smart contract provides a refund to investors in the case of non-collection of the soft cap.

The tokensale model implemented by winbix is unique and i have never experienced it before although it seems authentic and quite organized but still for some community members it is confusing becaise they were only aware about typical icos and now ieos, i still hope winbix will be successful as the concept and product is really attractive.
