About SureRemit
The SureRemit token (RMT) is a utility token built on the Stellar Network, designed to be used by immigrants and customers within the SureRemit platform. Following this standard, SureRemit tokens are easily transferable between users and can be supported by wallets and exchanges that already support Stellar lumens.

Within the SureRemit ecosystem, the Remit token (RMT) will be used internally to access vouchers and pay bills for targeted remittances. Immigrants and customers, in general, will be able to select the country they want to send value, search for the right merchant in a category and create an order for a voucher to be delivered to the recipient via SMS or Email, and pay in RMT token. Once the order is received, the token will be frozen until the voucher is sent from the SureRemit system. When that happens, the token is transferred to SureRemit. In the future, we hope to activate the direct acceptance of RMT tokens by the ecosystem partners, which they can, in turn, converted to Fiat, this will make the token transfer happen directly to merchant’s balance.

SureRemit App updates
We have successfully implemented the new flow of in-App wallet transactions where every user wallet will be identified by a MEMO ID/TEXT instead of the previous unique Stellar/RMT address being created for each new user. This feature allows users to send out RMT to addresses that require MEMO ID/TEXT information. The team is currently testing the other major updates (RMT wallet funding/stocking up with a debit/credit card, PIN login/authorization and more) we expect to push them all in the coming week.

REFLECTING ON 2018
What a year it has been. Token distribution, market ‘crashing’, testing the SureRemit beta app, token swap, dealing with a 2 token economy (old and new RMT), launching the SureRemit app, development of Busha, Bounty Program, LATOKEN listing, entering new markets….just to name a few! Great achievements but we also had to deal with lots of hurdles, and honestly, it was quite tough sometimes. Together we persevered and have overcome them all. We have said it before; our achievements are your achievements too. The support of the SureRemit community is overwhelming, so many people have reached out (and still do) offering their help to actively support our endeavor, your support makes the difference during challenging moments, we are extremely grateful and want to thank you all for doing so. Tech is working on integrating the vouchers, when they become available (approx. 1 to 2 weeks) we will make the official announcement.

Tech is also working on integrating the vouchers for India, aiming to make the vouchers available within approx. 1 to 2 weeks. In addition to our newly signed partner, we’re discussing with another potential partner to even further increase the voucher portfolio for India. Once the vouchers are live, we’ll kickstart the marketing via digital marketing, attendance at summits and reaching out to specific communities who can use our services.

We’re negotiating the contract and expect to reach an agreement by next week. Once signed the tech teams will commence with integrating the vouchers for the respective countries.

The main update regarding the new flow of wallet creation was pushed and we solved some bugs. Receiving and sending RMT in/out of the app using the MEMO_TEXT works fine now, if some of you encounter any issues, please let us know. Due to last update we’re running some more tests before pushing the other updates (e.g. RMT wallet funding/stocking up with debit/credit card, PIN login/authorization and more).

Busha
Testing going on at Busha is continuing and includes testing the Busha App, for what we have seen it looks very good. We’ll update when we can.

In the past week, we have not received any issues related to the last fundamental update regarding the new flow of wallet creation. As we’ll be adding hundreds of new vouchers/merchants globally, we’re further defining our marketing strategy for the specific markets. We’ve made progress integrating the vouchers for India, Turkey and the voucher portfolio of WeGift which includes USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and more. For India, we expect to have the first batch of vouchers/merchants (approx. 80 mainstream merchants) to be available next week.

EXCHANGES

As stated in our 2019 Roadmap, we’re adding another exchange in Q1. Currently, we’re reviewing which exchanges suit our needs best and also have reasonable listing fees/conditions. More exchange listings provide exposure and visibility in the crypto landscape which also supports our endeavor. Ultimately, our success and upwards RMT price development is fundamentally supported through users of our services. The recently established global partnerships and hundreds of new merchants being added to our platform provide the necessary ‘inventory’ to achieve this. We’re very excited about the current developments and will update you on new exchange listings once we can.

Busha

The Busha team made excellent progress! Apps are now awaiting app store approvals. We’ll be pooling beta users in Nigeria (for fiat transactions). The full trading engine is expected to be ready in a few weeks. RMT holders will have additional benefits using Busha, an example is Market Maker rewards paid in RMT. Other benefits will be disclosed once Busha is fully operational.

MARKETING

SureRemit established cooperation with Blockfolio! We will start using Blockfolio’s Signal feature to update on our progress, new merchants and other relevant developments.

It is. Almost 40% of the Global remittance market ($600 Bn) is for daily consumption needs. The traditional sources charge hefty fees and the entire process takes a lot of time. With SureRemit, you can instantly send out vouchers and minimum fees.
The project is being run by the top most professionals with massive strides being made on a regular basis. We are currently expanding our merchant portfolio for various other countries and the inventory size is going to expand at astronomical pace. It is the right time to get associated with the project.

Integration and testing of the first batch of Indian vouchers were successful and we’ll go live when the financials are settled (depending on administration processes, few days to approx. 1 week). We finalized the onboarding of a second partner for the Indian market, testing & integration of the vouchers will commence next week. Once the vouchers of both our Indian partners are fully available, we’ll push the vouchers for Turkey and WeGift.

Locking of RMT Issuing Account

We have partially locked the RMT Issuing Account.

A ‘Partial Lock’, means that the account is not able to create more tokens, make payments, trade, change settings or issue assets. Due to this partial lock, we now have some control over the RMT token. An example is that when someone’s wallet is compromised we can freeze any potentially stolen tokens and try to recover them. Also, we can authorize trust lines and use BUMP_SEQUENCE operations for this account.

SureRemit App updates

The updates for In-app purchasing/wallet funding of RMT and PIN login are ready. We decided to wait with these updates as we are refactoring/restructuring parts of our source code. The updates are pushed next week.

MARKETING

We’re working with 2 acknowledged crypto authors to write/publish articles about SureRemit. When ready, the articles will be posted on various crypto (news) platforms. App user related marketing intensifies when the vouchers are available for the respective countries.

Busha

Another milestone reached! Busha is now live in Nigeria with local Fiat pairing for buying RMT. The RMT/XLM swapping will be available coming Monday. Busha Pro (the more advanced trading platform) is almost ready, order book becoming available in approx. 2 weeks.

This week we worked on new security features and performance improvement. We are also working on internal code restructuring which is delaying the new update (In-app purchasing/wallet funding of RMT and PIN login) to go live. We aim to complete our internal code restructuring in the coming week.

Also mentioned in our update a few weeks ago, talks are ongoing with several exchanges. We’re selecting law firms to provide us with any required documentation (e.g. Legal Opinion). We’ll update accordingly.

MARKETING

Once the merchants/vouchers for India, Turkey and WeGift are available, intensified marketing will kick in. We discussed with representatives of Stellar and they will support our marketing efforts. NEW MERCHANTS/MARKETS

As mentioned in our last update, the vouchers for India are ready to go live. All that remains is the settlement of the payments which are delayed at the corresponding bank, hopefully this will be sorted after the weekend.

Once India is live, Turkey and WeGift are next. In addition to this significant increase of global merchants, we’re discussing with a leading global merchant of construction materials/services regarding a potential cooperation in using our non-cash remittance platform to offer purposeful remittances; vouchers for purchasing building materials/affordable housing. Still in early development, but we’re quite excited by the possibility to work with them as this cooperation can be effective and helpful to a large (global) population. We’ll update the community as we make progress.

VESTING

We have decided to extend the vesting of the wallet containing the 350 million RMT tokens aka ‘Company Tokens’: Click here

The vesting period is extended for 6 months and will be subject to review when the vesting period has ended. By doing this the circulating supply is temporarily limited to 650 million RMT tokens instead of the maximum supply of 1 billion RMT tokens.

SureRemit App Updates

We made solid progress this week regarding the App/Tech development:

1. Improved security:
Introducing local authentication with bio-metrics like Face ID and Touch ID on supported phones when opening the app.

2. Payment provider:

We switched to a new payment provider for direct RMT purchases with your Credit/Debit card, this will be made available again early next week and we’ll also be gradually rolling out direct funding of RMT for the in-app wallet.

3. Various Performance Improvements and bug fixes

The update for iOS was pushed yesterday and early next week we’ll push another iOS update for in-app Direct Funding of RMT. Another Android update will be pushed today.

This project seems big but why is it not getting attention from the community here. A lot of partnerships already tells something for the project. Maybe run advertising campaigns so people will know more about this project.

Partnership with Streetlib.com

Great news! We’re partnering up with Streetlib. StreetLib is a global publishing facilitator and digital books gateway distributor based in Italy with operational bases in the USA, India and West Africa.
StreetLib manages over 250,000 titles of publishers and authors around the world, acting as a gateway distributor to deliver digital books (ebooks currently, audio later this year) to anywhere in the world, from anywhere in the world.

Streetlib will use the SureRemit platform to sell their (to be created) Streetlib vouchers through which all their services can be purchased. As Streetlib is expanding in the emerging markets, payments to their users (e.g. royalties) can be problematic and high in transfer fees. To solve this, Streetlib users will have the option to receive their royalty payouts and other payments in RMT. The RMT is purchased by Streetlib on an exchange (e.g. SDEX) and then transferred to the user‘s SureRemit in-app account allowing the user to spend RMT on vouchers. The cooperation between SureRemit and Streetlib is unique and establishes another great use case of the SureRemit platform in addition to non-cash remittances.

The official announcement of this partnership will take place during the London Book Fair, holding on the 12th–14th March 2019.

We’re finalizing the set up of the new payment gateway provider, this requires more time therefore delaying the in-app funding/RMT purchasing with Credit/Debit card. We expect the payment provider to finalize the set up on their end by next week. We will then push the update.

Busha
Busha is live and crypto purchases (mostly BTC and ETH) are increasing rapidly, heavy traders are on board and Busha has exceeded the $1 million milestone since launch. API’s are currently being developed.
SureRemit and Busha teams continue to work on the backend solution, we’ll update on the progress in the coming weeks. Their marketing efforts will intensify next week.

EXCHANGES
We’re going over our options in selecting exchanges that meet our strategic goals, including a focus on exchanges that meet current (and expected) compliance and regulatory legislation. Seen the current developments in the crypto landscape we have become more critical on the performance of exchanges and the influence they have on the (price) development of SureRemit.

Launching the India vouchers experienced a delay due to a different coding in staging/testing environment and live environment on our partner’s side. We’re amending the code now and will push the vouchers, aiming to do so today/tomorrow. This delay also affected the WeGift integration, but their live environment will be easier to integrate and will happen once India is finalized. The newly created API for the Turkey vouchers is almost ready and testing will commence in the coming week.

During the past week, we’ve been working with StreetLib to prepare RMT royalty payments for their users. They will announce the cooperation during the London Book Fair (12–14 March). Now we’ll work on creating StreetLib vouchers to be added to the SureRemit platform.

Listing with more exchanges is an integral part of crypto and we’re in contact with a few exchanges for short term and long term listings. This is not a simple process, a lot has to be considered. Listings can be quite costly; listing fees or other listing related costs and there really is no guaranteed success. Some exchanges have severe requirements and, when they are not met, could actually do more harm than good. StreetLib, the Italy-based digital books distributor has put pen to paper and signed a partnership agreement with SureRemit.

We made this partnership agreement public in one of the weekly update articles.

The official announcement was issued via a press release earlier today. This is wonderful news to the SureRemit community.

Now, authors and publishers on StreetLib can get paid instantly in RMT, which is added to their in-app wallet. Also, StreetLib vouchers will be made available on the SureRemit app for book purchases from the StreetLib store.

Over the past week, there has been a lot of positive developments. A major milestone for the team is SureRemit going live in India (details here). SureRemit App Updates

The setup of the new payment gateway provider has been finalized but we encountered bugs in the API user interface. Due to this, we had to create our own UI, which is causing a delay in pushing the in-app funding/RMT purchasing with Debit/Credit card update. Our tech team will be working through the weekend to finalize the UI and we’ll push the update as soon as it is ready. Completion of WeGift integration will commence right after, as will the API integration of our Turkish partner for the Turkish merchants.

EXCHANGES

We have finalized and filed a listing request to a top exchange and are awaiting their response. As this is all under an NDA, we cannot provide more details. Talks with other exchanges continue.

Thank you for your approval. Definitely, the project is aiming for the stars. We have signed multiple partnerships with some of the biggest players in the prepaid instrument space. The partnerships are in the advanced stage of execution and will be available on our app in some time.

What is the fee for purchasing gift cards on your application? Also, I see that you allow Debit and Credit card payments in the application. What sorts of cards are accepted in terms of Visa, Master, Amex etc. Also put in some light on the fees charged by card companies.

WeGift integration is now complete! We’re finalizing last administrative processes and will push the UK merchants first, shortly followed by the other countries. We aim to have the UK merchants available by mid next week and will announce the in-app availability. Our Turkish partner has developed an API for us, both our tech teams are working on API amendments and are making solid progress. Coming week we aim to commence with testing.
More good news! We’ve reached an agreement with one of our partners in offering their global voucher portfolio; totaling 868 merchants and continuously growing. We will start on integrating that portfolio now and announcements are made accordingly.

Our merchant network is growing rapidly and exponentially. Once all current merchant integration is complete, we’ll update the overview of our global merchant coverage, list the available merchants per country and post it on our website and social media.

As mentioned last week, the setup of the new payment gateway provider is finalized and now we’ve also fixed the bugs in the newly created UI. Security is of utmost importance, therefore we are currently building a more extensive security protocol to prevent any potential card fraud. This delays the update for in-app RMT purchasing, we deemed it necessary to have this built before release of the update. We also need this security protocol in place to have Busha integration, more updates on Busha will follow once we have finalized the above and current merchant integration. Rest assured, our tech team is working diligently building these essential platform fundamentals.

EXCHANGES

In our previous updates we’ve clarified how we view exchange listings under current market conditions and processes. We’re in finalizing talks with a new exchange (additional exchange to last week’s exchange update) that has solid focus on Europe and meets compliance and regulatory requirements, they also offer good fiat pairings. When an agreement is reached, we’ll announce.





NEW MERCHANTS/MARKETS

UK merchants are now live!
Other markets will follow shortly. We’ve worked with our Turkish partner integrating the API and testing commences early next week, once the testing goes smoothly, the Turkish merchants go live. Development continues with our partner for the global merchant offering, adding at least 868 new merchants to the SureRemit platform. As we’re already working through one of their API’s, integration should be straight forward. We’ll update on the progress.

It was quite the challenge, but all the dev work for the SureRemit App update is complete, integration new payment gateway & UI creation, top notch security protocols, these crucial fundamentals are now in place. We’re doing some final testing and the results are positive so far, we expect to push the update latest coming Monday.

Q1 is almost over and what a quarter it was! Excellent progress, some delays and everything in between. Merchant expansion activities exploded, we’ve signed with many new partners, adding approx. 1500 new merchants globally. Our partnership with Streetlib is a great step forward and of course the solid Busha progress. Some of our roadmap targets are not fully finalized, others were pulled forward, all in all we’re pleased with the progress and how the pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. We’re looking forward to Q2!

Deploy live integration with Partner Exchange Busha
Busha is now live, up and running. They made excellent progress and faced challenges, they persevered and solved all. Busha development was/is crucial to integrate our systems with theirs, developments on both sides caused some delays. Delays are unpleasant and unfortunate, but are also unavoidable if you want to reach excellence. Both our tech teams will have more time available now to continue the work on SureRemit backend integration.

Exchange Listing 2
In the past weekly updates we have expressed our views on Exchange listing procedures and requirements. We have applied for a listing at a top 5 Exchange and we’re looking forward working together if an agreement is reached. Additionally, we are in the final stage of listing with a new European exchange offering excellent fiat pairing and they also meet the current/upcoming compliance requirements. The exchange will launch end of April and expects to be Stellar ready in May.

SwychCard
We’ll be adding the SwychCard for USA and India to the SureRemit platform. Users can purchase the SwychCard and redeem the value in the Swych App, choosing any available merchant they like. It’s a nice addition to the SureRemit platform as the SwychCard is a good in-between solution compared to sending merchant specific vouchers and cash remittances. Integration is now underway and testing commences mid next week.

SureRemit App updates
Despite the previous green light to go live, we unfortunately, encountered some bugs in the interface during exceptions testing. As we’ve built a customized solution, we had no choice but to postpone pushing the app update. We’re fixing the bugs and aim to push the Android an iOS updates this weekend or early next week.

MARKETING
As our global merchant catalog is growing exponentially, we’re preparing marketing activities for the various markets. We’ll do some test runs and amend accordingly based upon results.

A milestone is reached, in-app RMT purchasing is now available for Android and iOS! You can now easily purchase RMT with your debit/credit card and purchase vouchers, mobile airtime and pay bills. It’s possible that some bugs might surface due to this update, please let us know and we’ll fix them immediately. Yes, we allow purchases through Debit and Credit card on the application. The application charges the user for purchase of RMT tokens in form of USD. The fees on purchase through Debit/Credit card is charged by card companies and depends on the card type you use. While many cards don't charge any fee but at the same time many credit card companies charge currency conversion and other charges depending on card type. Please check before going through with the transaction.

You can always purchase RMT tokens through our exchanges and send those to the application wallet for no fees.

In the coming week we’ll push an App update which resolves some reported bugs. Work on improving the app regarding user experience, design improvements and the development of more features, continues.
We’re aware that some USA card holders are experiencing issues trying to purchase tokens in-app. We’re discussing with the Payment Processor if we can re-calibrate some fraud prevention filters to resolve the issue. We know of cases where certain banks are declining payments related to cryptocurrency. It can be a case of such activism from banks where they are trying to stop the inevitable rise of crypto and their usage in our daily lives.

In the past 2 weeks, some app users experienced issues while purchasing RMT in-app. Some of those issues are now solved by us, unfortunately, other issues are not within our power to solve. Because of this, we have decided to add PayPal as a payment option. We’re currently working on the integration and aim to have PayPal available for Android and iOS by Monday 6th of May 2019. Having PayPal as an additional payment option, users who still experience credit card issues can alternatively use PayPal to purchase RMT in-app. To provide all of our app users with a fair chance to participate in the Bonus Program, we have also decided to extend the RMT Bonus Program for 2 weeks, now ending on 20th May 2019 at 12.00 CEST. The total amount of RMT tokens allocated to the Bonus Program (bonus + tokens sold) will be increased from 5 million to 7.5 million RMT. The Bonus Program ends when either all tokens are sold or on the aforementioned date and time, whichever comes first.


Due to the above, the planned App update of last week is pushed to the coming week.

We’re working on the straight-through processing of in-app RMT buys on SDEX. We’ll update on the progress, and in the meantime, we’ll be initiating manual market buys.

The word about the project needs to be spread and real users brought onboard. SUREREMIT GOES GLOBAL! CAMPAIGN COMES TO AN END

During the past weeks, we added over 25 new countries and hundreds of new merchants globally. During the campaign app downloads and sales have increased, not explosively but still decent and we’re pleased with the results. In short, the exposure had a good impact on SureRemit’s development and this is just the beginning. The SureRemit goes Global! campaign was the start of our intensified marketing efforts, as we now have merchants available for many countries, we are in the position to start local, country-specific marketing to increase the userbase and app sales.

To provide you with more insight, what can you expect from SureRemit in the upcoming months?


UPDATED ROADMAP

We will update our roadmap to our current position/situation and the goals we aim to achieve. In Q4 we will also receive an influx of ICO funds that were under management at an Asset Manager, allowing us to become more aggressive marketing and expansion wise.


CONTINUED MERCHANT EXPANSION

We're certainly not done with adding new countries and merchants! We will add more merchants for India and the USA within the next weeks, integration has started.

In cooperation with our global partners, more merchants will be added to the existing country offering. Additionally, (also through our Ambassadors) we're establishing direct relationships with merchants assisting them with the voucher creation. Not only do we want to have all the mainstream merchants/chains available, our aim is to also have the smaller retailers on our platform, which will benefit the underserved populations/regions.


MARKETING

To support our marketing efforts we will launch the Ambassador Program country by country. Local Ambassadors are recruited to create awareness for SureRemit and introduce our services to their communities. Customized marketing packages and incentives are already being prepared.


SUREREMIT APP UPDATES AND WEBSITE DESIGN

We’ll be adding loads of new features to the SureRemit app to improve the UX (user experience). Contact list, repeat transaction improvements, improved categorization of merchants, personalization when sending vouchers, invite & gifting of RMT, favorite vouchers, just to name a few. We are also in the process of hiring more staff to assist us with the app development.

Our website will be upgraded to provide easier access to our services, making it possible for users to also use the website to purchase vouchers, pay bills, swap/buy RMT. A B2B portal will be developed where companies/corporates can buy vouchers in bulk and send them to employees.


CRYPTO

Lot’s going on for crypto as well. We have signed with a new exchange and they’re preparing our listing, the aim is to go live mid-July with the pairings RMT/BTC and RMT/USDT. Additionally, we’re in the last phase of the listing process with another exchange, we can update on this by the end of July. We have also applied to other exchanges as well and are awaiting their response.

We think it’s important to increase RMT’s exposure outside SDEX/XLM, we believe that with the upcoming exchange listings we’re taking a good step forward in doing so.


OTHER UPDATES

Alongside the exchange listings, we’re working on adding in-app RMT buys with other crypto, these purchases are directly settled on the Exchange, starting with SDEX. This will support price development and provide more consistent liquidity. We have made preparations to integrate SureGifts into the SureRemit platform, before we can proceed we need more liquidity on the exchange(s) as the volatility could expose us to unacceptable risks. Integrating Busha and direct settlement for the African market is depending on Busha’s growth and development progress. In the meantime, we will integrate the in-app RMT buys with other crypto for SDEX (and other exchanges).

MERCHANT EXPANSION

The SureRemit goes Global! campaign ended last week, but our merchant expansion always continues! We’ve signed with another partner for India and we’re integrating their extensive merchant portfolio. API testing starts next week. More merchants for the USA are underway as well, and we requested approval from various USA brands to add them to our platform. Contact is established with a partner for the Philippines, which is also an excellent addition to the SureRemit platform.


TECH

Femi and his team are dealing with the aftermath of the SureRemit goes Global! campaign, optimizing the many API’s we have. All our partners are continuously adding new merchants and we want to make them available in the SureRemit app without (too much) manual tweaking. We’re also working on improving the UX for non-crypto savvy people; an in-app fiat payment/top-up. Non-RMT holders/crypto users can deposit/pay with fiat (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.) and the subsequent RMT transaction flow will take place (out of their sight) in the backend. To clarify, SureRemit App users will have the option to pay with fiat or RMT, if a user decides to pay with fiat they are not confronted with the in-app RMT purchase as this is done in the backend. This will make the usage of our app by non-crypto savvy people more convenient and will benefit adoption. More updates on the upcoming app features next week!


CRYPTO

The process for the exchange listing is ongoing and we aim to start with the announcements shortly. The available pairings will be RMT/BTC and RMT/USDT. Once we can update we surely will!

Next week we’ll also continue the discussions with the other exchange. Due to our developments, interest and support are increasing from Asian crypto communities. In cooperation with key figures (including Asian Stellar community), we’re building the SureRemit Asia community and representation. Stay tuned!

Thanks for the mention, TimeTeller. As you can see from our activities, we are trying to expand the merchant list available on the application to as many countries possible. We currently have close to 45+ geographies with close to 2000+ merchants available on our application and we are adding more. This will allow the users to switch to our platform as and when they get to hear about it. We are also planning to having a dedicated website to have the entire operation hosted on it which will allow people to transact on the web. We believe that this will greatly increase the number of users for SureRemit as will it remove the need to download an app.

We are adding more as we speak. Just signed off almost 300 merchants in Philippines and India. You can read the details in the weekly update below. We are trying to get as many geographies as possible. Our special focus is on countries having a greater pie in the amount of remittances transferred globally. Asia (South Asia, South East Asia focus), South America and Africa are in focus at the moment. We understand that their is a huge use case for people wanting to transact with BTC to purchase real life commodities and we are tweaking our application accordingly. We are integrating BTC, ETH checkouts for the crypto lovers.

We are definitely looking to promote our product on the forum. Signature campaign and other advertisement methods are on our mind. But we would have to carefully lookut for the ROI on any marketing campaign. Suggestions regarding marketing campaign on the forum will be welcomed.

MERCHANT EXPANSION

We have signed with a new partner for the Philippines! Through this cooperation, 150 Philippine merchants will be added to the SureRemit platform. Integration/set-up of their API has started and we will update accordingly. Last week we also signed with a new partner for India and the integration efforts are ongoing.

Tech has updated most of the API’s, and continues to do so. New merchants added by our partners, will now automatically become available in-app. New merchants have already been added, so make sure to regularly check the SureRemit App for new merchants!

The in-app RMT buys with other crypto functionality is almost finalized, we developed this in cooperation with Busha, more updates on this next week.


CRYPTO

The exchange updated us on the progress of the RMT listing (RMT/BTC and RMT/USDT). They’re making progress but the listing is delayed due to a substantial platform upgrade. We will receive more information on the timeline and update accordingly.

SUREREMIT ASIA

Over the past weeks, we have worked diligently building our community in Asia/China. With the excellent help of community members, we have created various groups in WeChat and member growth is increasing. To support our efforts, we have hired an Asian/Chinese SureRemit Ambassador: Rocky Lee.

Rocky is a well known, established crypto enthusiast, has an excellent network in the Asian/China crypto landscape and related communities. His background, (marketing) experience, knowledge, and dedication to SureRemit will result in solid exposure in Asia, focusing initially on China. Rocky will use all his resources to represent SureRemit, also in regions where many immigrants can benefit from our services. With this partnership, SureRemit has established a solid foothold in Asia/China and we’re very much looking forward to months and years ahead.

Tech is continuing the integration of the Philippine merchants/brands and additional merchants for the USA and India are underway as well. Testing of the in-app RMT buys with crypto has started and we aim to go live shortly. And a heads up…We’re working on ‘version 2’ of the SureRemit app, many of the features discussed in the past year will be integrated into this extensive, redesigned update of the SureRemit App. Stay tuned!

No extensive updates from the new exchange just yet, they did confirm that once their platform upgrade is ready, the listing of RMT is practically immediate. Delays are never fun to deal with, unfortunately not uncommon in tech. On the positive side, this provides us with some more time to further set up marketing in Asia/China to maximize exposure and impact once RMT lists. To lift the veil a bit, RMT will list with an Asian Exchange and the pairings will be RMT/BTC and RMT/USDT.

• The loyalty platform, powered by SureGifts/SureRemit, is now live at Fidelity Bank Nigeria. The bank's clients earn loyalty points using Fidelity's services, and they can redeem the points for any of SureGift's services: https://loyalty.fidelitybank.ng/.
• We have signed with two more voucher aggregator partners in the past month, adding hundreds of new merchants for India and South East Asia. • We're in the process of finalizing cooperation with Rewire, a banking services/cash remittance provider. Rewire uses innovative technology and builds the first neobank tailored for the unique cross-border needs of migrants worldwide. Rewire can include migrants in the financial systems and enable a fair banking system for everyone. Rewire will incorporate SureGifts/SureRemit Nigerian and Kenyan gift card offerings, providing an alternative solution to their banking services/cash remittances for Nigerian and Kenyan clients. TECH DEVELOPMENT

• Design and Tech teams are diligently at work developing the new SureGifts site and backend. It's an enormous task, especially the backend software configuration. As the business development is growing, we need to prioritize tasks, finding the balance between sales and platform development. We have hired external staff to assist us in this process. See below some screenshots; these are not the final presentation of the site, design, color schemes, and so on, these will be finalized.
• We're in the process of integrating Pay with Paxful. This partnership allows the 4 million Paxful users to purchase and pay for our services with their Paxful wallet. Paxful users can fund their Paxful wallet with over 300 (local) payment methods. Adding this payment method to the SureRemit App and the upcoming SureGifts platform allows users to pay more efficiently for our services.
